This guided meditation will connect you to your 7 main chakras helping to open and balance each chakra allowing your life force energy to flow! Chakras are discs of light; energy centres that run from the base of the spine to the top of the head via the energetic spine.

Welcome to the chakra connection meditation. This meditation will help to open and balance the seven main chakras. Our chakras are discs of light energy centers that run from the base of the spine to the top of the head via the energetic spine. Chakras house our life force energy and connect us to our physical, Mental, Emotional and spiritual body. We will be using the third eye chakra to help us connect to the chakras through visualization. The third eye is located in the center of your forehead above your eyebrows. During this guided meditation, You may begin to feel the subtle changes and shifts within your energy body as we connect to the chakras. Please relax and allow this natural connection to take place. In a moment, We are going to balance and open the chakras so they may spin and vibrate evenly and smoothly, Allowing the flow of energy to move within your energy body. At the end of the meditation, We will sit in silence. So please make yourself comfortable by sitting on a meditation cushion or on a chair. Your back should be straight. Your shoulders, Neck and face are relaxed. Your head will find its natural resting place. Place your hands gently on your thighs. Close your eyes and we will begin. So take a deep breath in gently through your nose. And exhale gently through your nose. Breathe in gently. And breathe out gently. Breathing in. And breathing out. Breathe in. And this time when you breathe out, Let go of any stress you were carrying at this time. Let go of any thoughts about the past or future. Focusing now only on your breath. Continue breathing in. And out. Becoming more and more relaxed with each breath. So breathe in. And out. And now bring your focus to the root chakra, Located at the base of your spine. Visualize a disc of red light in the area of the tailbone. Gently spinning around and around. Spinning clockwise or anti-clockwise. Either direction is fine. Feel the energy moving within the root chakra. The root chakra connects you to earth energy and to this gift of life. Feel the energy of the root chakra spinning within. This chakra is related to the will to live, Our sense of physical reality, Safety and security. Feel the grounding and giving energy of stability as the root chakra opens and connects to the earth energy. Breathing in. And out. Stay here for a moment, Connected to the root chakra. Now bring your attention to just below your navel, To your second chakra, The sacral chakra. Visualize a bright orange disc of light, Spinning gently within the chakra. Continue to breathe gently in. And out. As you begin to feel the energy within the second chakra. This is where we express our creativity, Our sexuality and sensuality. Continue breathing in. And out. Allowing the second chakra to fill with orange light as it opens and vibrates. Stay here for a moment, Connected to your second chakra. Now bring your attention to the third chakra, The solar plexus chakra, Located below your sternum at the top of your ribcage. Visualize a bright yellow disc of light, Your inner sun, Spinning and spinning, Clockwise or anticlockwise. Allow the third chakra to vibrate and open. This is the chakra of your personal power, Your self-worth, Self-esteem, Your intuition. Continue breathing in and out as you feel the energy opening and expanding within the chakra. Now bring your focus to your heart chakra, Located in the center of your chest. Visualize a green disc of light, Spinning gently and naturally within the center of your heart chakra. Heart chakra is related to unconditional love, Our sense of love for ourself and for others. Continue breathing in and out. Allow yourself to feel the energy spinning within your heart chakra. This is a place of giving and receiving love, The place of healing. Stay here a moment, Feeling the energy of unconditional love, Filling up this chakra with green light. So breathe in and out. And gently bring your attention now to your throat chakra, Located at the base of your throat. Visualize a disc of beautiful sky blue light, Spinning gently at the base of your throat. The throat chakra is related to communication, To expressing your truth, The essence of who you are. Feel the energy gently spinning and spinning within your throat chakra. Breathing in and out. Allow the blue disc of energy to open the throat chakra. This chakra allows communication from deep within your soul and from the spiritual realms. Continue gently breathing in and out as you connect with the energy of this chakra. And stay here for a moment, Connected to the throat chakra. Now bring your attention to the third eye chakra, Located in the center of your forehead above your eyebrows. Visualize a deep, Rich indigo color, A combination of a deep blue and violet, Gently spinning within the center of your forehead. Breathe in and out as you feel the energy of the third eye. The third eye chakra is related to empathy, Clear seeing, Wisdom and knowing. Breathe in and out, Allowing the beautiful deep indigo color to fill the third eye chakra with light as it vibrates and opens. This chakra allows us to see and understand our essence. Breathe in and out as you feel the energy moving within this chakra. Stay here for a moment longer, Connected to the third eye chakra. Now bring your attention to the seventh chakra, The crown chakra, Located at the top of your head. Visualize a deep violet disc of light as it spins gently at the top of your head. Continue breathing in and out as you feel the energy expand at your crown chakra. The seventh chakra is where we connect and open to universal consciousness, Divine energy and light. Stay here for a moment, Connected to divine light, And feel the peace and oneness with the universe as you feel your whole body becoming filled with light. With this awareness and sensation of light filling your body, I want you to bring your attention back to the root chakra as you feel the root chakra spinning. Now feel the flow of energy moving up from the root chakra to the orange disc of energy of the second chakra. From the second chakra, The energy moves up to the yellow disc of energy of the solar plexus chakra. Notice how each color merges naturally into the next. Feel the energy flowing up now to the green light of the heart chakra as it opens the heart chakra. The energy moves up from the heart chakra to the sky blue color of the throat chakra. Continue breathing gently in and out as the energy moves gently up from the throat chakra to the indigo color of the third eye, Opening the third eye and flowing up now to the violet color of the crown chakra. Feel your energy centers vibrating gently and peacefully, Each flowing naturally to the next energy center. Stay here for a moment, Connected to your seven chakras, Feeling the energy and peace within. . Now become aware of your breath and take a deep breath in and out. Become aware of what it feels like as you breathe in deeply and exhale deeply. Feel your breath as it moves within your physical body. Becoming aware now of your body, Of where you are sitting, Of the room you are sitting in. And when you are ready, Slowly and gently open your eyes. If you want, You can move your fingers and toes gently. Begin to feel your physical body. Take another deep breath in and out. As you gently and peacefully come back into your physical body and back into this moment, Fully awake and recharged with light. . May you be well and happy. .
