With this meditation you will visualize colors surrounding you to provide energetic boundaries for physical, emotional, relational and spiritual issues.

Welcome to the Rainbow Boundary Meditation.

Take a deep breath in.

And as you breathe out,

Relax your head and your shoulders.

And take another deep breath in.

And as you breathe out,

Relax your arms and your torso.

And another deep breath in.

And as you breathe out,

Relax your hips and your legs.

And go ahead and close your eyes if you haven't already.

And take one more deep breath and relax twice as much as we start imagining or visualizing our rainbow boundaries.

First,

Imagine seeing green surrounding your heart.

If you want,

You can imagine painting in or coloring in the green to make it brighter or stronger.

Take a nice deep breath.

Green.

Now imagine the red outside of your body,

All around your body,

A nice bright red.

If you want,

You can imagine painting it in or coloring it in so it's completely surrounding your body,

Offering it that physical boundary and protection.

And a nice deep breath.

Red.

Now imagine the next layer,

Which is orange.

Visualize or see that bright orange outside of your body,

Outside of the red.

If you want,

You can imagine painting it in,

Maybe even taking your hand and imagine drawing it around your body and painting in that orange layer so it's bright and solid and the ideal size.

And this offers that emotional boundary or protection.

And a nice deep breath.

Orange.

Now we're going to look at your blue layer.

So imagine or visualize the bright blue outside of the orange.

Again,

If you want,

You can imagine painting or coloring in that blue layer,

Nice smooth edges.

And this represents your relational boundaries or protection.

And take a nice deep breath.

Blue.

And then you can tie on that apron to that blue layer,

That apron with pockets for everyone in your family and your immediate family.

And imagine those pockets instantly being filled with whatever they need today.

God just fills those pockets.

Good deep breath.

In with the pockets easily filled.

Good.

And now your white layer.

It's so beautiful and bright and white and big.

And just if you want,

Just paint in that whiteness.

And it's just beautiful.

This represents your spiritual boundary or protection.

Deep breath.

White.

And if you have mailboxes or PO boxes that need to be filled,

God just instantly fills them for whoever else needs things from you or energy from you.

Instead,

They can take it from these mailboxes.

Nice deep breath.

Good.

So now your rainbow brown boundaries are there.

Beautiful.

Your green,

Your red,

Your orange,

Your blue,

Your apron,

Your white,

And your mailboxes.

Another nice deep breath.

And go ahead when you're ready,

Wiggle your fingers and toes and open your eyes coming back to room awareness.

Nice meditation. I like the idea of energy being locked in a po box or put in a mailbox so other people can't take my energy as easily. Boundaries are good stuff.
