Feeling stress? Self-doubt? This meditation will give you space to heal and feel a deep sense of inner peace and worthiness. A lot of our resistance comes from not accepting ourselves, when we feel peace and forgiveness in our whole body and cells, we can heal.

Welcome to your meditation.

Take a moment to get comfortable.

Find some rest,

Some peace,

Some stillness.

This might be the only time in your day that you are checking in with yourself.

So bring all your presence to your breath in this moment.

Connect to your breath like you were meeting an old friend you hadn't seen in a long time.

Meet your breath with your presence and start to deepen and slow.

Allow yourself to drop down into the frequency of the earth.

That Schumann resonance,

The heartbeat of nature,

The heartbeat of the planet,

The natural flow of the elements,

The cycles of the earth.

Bring your presence to match.

Bring your breath and your molecules to meet that.

Then start to feel your body,

How your body feels in space,

In the space,

The environment that you're in.

Start to feel your body in the space beneath you.

Start to feel the space between your body and the center of the earth.

Start to feel the space between your body and what's in front of you.

Feel the space of your body and the space behind you.

Starting to feel the space to the right of you,

The space to the left of you.

The space between your head and the ceiling or your head and the sky.

And then start expanding or moving your energy into these spaces all around you,

Experiencing the spaciousness.

And then start to bring that space into every atom and molecule in your body,

Feeling that every molecule and atom in your body can relax and take a sigh of relief.

Giving yourself space and feel every molecule and atom of your body so happy that it has space,

That it can drop all resistance and start to move beyond your body,

Expanding out beyond the walls of the space that you're in.

Let your energy expand out 100 miles in all directions,

So much space.

Now we're going to start to program each molecule and cell in your body.

You can think this in your mind or you can speak it out loud.

With total forgiveness and unconditional love,

I asked that my physical,

Mental,

Emotional and spiritual memory of perfection resonate throughout my being.

I choose being worthy.

I feel worthy.

I am worthy.

I choose being honored.

I am honored.

I feel honored.

I choose being exceptional.

I feel exceptional.

I am exceptional.

All facets of my being put this script on automatic,

So it repeats itself through each and every cell and fiber of my being.

Restoring perfect health,

Perfect frequencies throughout my being and returning me to my original purpose,

Power and magnificence.

It is done.

It is healed.

It is accomplished now.

We begin to bring your presence back into the center of your body.

Feeling the central line from the heart chakra up through the crown,

Connecting you to your highest light,

Your highest truth,

Your highest divine guidance.

Connecting down through the heart chakra down into the center of the earth,

Connecting you with the wisdom,

The support and the nurturing of Mother Earth.

Fill yourself up with earth energy and allow this to be with you throughout your day.
