Shannon is a 500 RYT and Advanced Yoga Nidra Facilitator, trained by Kamini Desai PhD, in the Amrit Method of Yoga Nidra. She is also trained in trauma-informed yoga through the Bodywise Institute and Yoga for 12 Step Recovery. Shannon has been working in the field of mental health and addiction recovery, as a yoga instructor and meditation facilitator since 2013.
