Wonderful track for me. I listened with my eyes closed, lying quietly in bed as I rested in hopes of hastening my recovery. It felt like I was in a personal healing ceremony. I feel somewhat better, but it will still take some time for my body to renew and restore itself. My only issue with this track is that it cuts off abruptly. I've noticed this with other tracks by this teacher as well, so perhaps it's just a learning curve issue or something. A fade-out would be appreciated at minimum, or a clear conclusion to the music. Nevertheless, I am very grateful to have experienced this unique healing music. Thank you for sharing it with us here. I see you and the light within you. Be well. 🤲🏻💖🤲🏻
