Warm,
Comfortable position,
Ready to do a meditation all about white,
Crystal light sent from above,
Sent from the divine to help us and to heal us and to enlighten us on our journey back to health.
Now I'd like you to imagine there's a ball,
A sphere just in front of you and we're going to keep on breathing in and breathing out and when we breathe in we're going to draw the positive energy from this sphere and when we breathe out the sphere is going to expand a little bit each time.
So let's imagine this sphere of white,
Crystal light that was sent from the divine into our orbit into our atmosphere and we're going to breathe in white,
Crystal light sending it all around the body and we're going to breathe out and we're going to watch the sphere in our imagination expand.
So let's breathe in white,
Crystal light sent from above,
Sent from the universe to help us,
Breathing it in all around the body and the mind and when we exhale this ball of light is going to expand a little bit more.
Let's breathe in nice and slow and steady,
Beautiful light,
Beautiful white light sending it to where we need.
It might be our minds,
We need more positive energy,
It might be an ailment,
It might be some pain in the body.
Now we're going to breathe in this light to that place,
Sending a healing energy,
Send from all of the beautiful things in this world,
All the things we love most,
Whatever made those things,
Whatever helps those things be beautiful.
We breathe that energy into ourselves,
Into our bodies,
Into our minds and we're going to exhale and we're going to create more energy into the sphere.
It's getting quite large,
It's in front of us,
It's bright,
It's beautiful,
It's wonderful and calming.
We're going to enjoy breathing in even more energy from this sphere,
Sent from the divine,
Sent from a beautiful place to help us and heal us and help us into health and well-being.
Breathing in positive energy from the universe,
Breathing out and expanding our sphere.
Now the sphere is getting so large,
We can actually step inside.
So one foot after the other we're going to climb in to our beautiful sphere and we're going to imagine this beautiful light all around us and within us,
Sent from the divine,
Sent to help us and heal us and send us on our way into health and well-being.
We're going to breathe in this beautiful energy and we're going to breathe out and the circle is going to expand even more and we're going to send the circle out into our community and encompass everybody within it and now everybody's going to be breathing beautiful energy and we're going to be breathing out even more positive energy and now we can encompass our town,
Breathing in beautiful energy and we're breathing out even more energy and we're going to expand our circle all the way around our country,
Breathing in beautiful positive white light and energy sent from the divine,
Sent from a beautiful place and we're going to breathe out even more energy to encompass our whole entire world,
Breathing in beautiful positive energy,
Breathing out.
We continue like this and we experience great peace and joy knowing that we are part of a positive solution,
A positive energy all around this world.
Now we're going to breathe in this positive energy and we're going to breathe out more positive energy and now we are going to step aside of this circle and we are going to let this sphere be in our universe and world and let it float around and be and go exactly where it wishes to go and we're going to send it to people that we love and care about,
Sending them all this positive energy that we've created and our community has created and that our whole world has created and now we're going to send these beautiful spheres of light all around the world directly to the people that need them and wish them all well and wish them all to be part of this great love and great ball of light,
