Find yourself in a nice,

Comfortable position,

Nice and warm in your bed,

All comfortable and snugly and warm.

And we're going to prepare ourselves for an amazing night's sleep.

We're going to tell our mind some commands and affirmations to help us sleep right through the night,

Uninterrupted.

Really lovely,

Deep,

Long sleep,

Rejuvenating,

Healing,

Restful,

Energizing sleep.

So let's start by taking a nice,

Deep breath,

Breathing in positive energy,

Breathing out nice and slow.

Start becoming aware of slowing the breath throughout this session.

Really,

Really slow.

And let's begin by telling our minds to sleep straight through the night.

Sleep straight through the night.

We will sleep straight through the night.

Deeply,

Restfully,

Uninterrupted.

The best sleep we've had in ages.

And let's take it down.

Really take it down,

Relaxing all the body.

The arms feeling heavier and deeper.

The legs falling deeper.

The stomach and chest all relaxing.

The shoulders,

The neck,

The face,

All slowing down.

Drifting further and further down into a beautiful place.

Wonderful,

Safe,

Warm,

Wonderfully beautiful place.

Where we heal and our whole entire body gets a break.

And our minds get a break.

From thinking and doing,

Going.

All we have to do is slow down and keep on telling ourselves to sleep straight through the night.

Sleep deeply,

Restfully,

Uninterrupted.

Let's take it down again,

A little further.

And deeper.

And more relaxed.

Even more being able to switch off thoughts and feelings.

All leaving us drifting down.

Imagining a white feather falling slowly.

Very,

Very slowly through the darkness.

The moon is bright and beautiful and is drifting further and further down.

Beautiful softness,

Gentle,

Safe,

Warm.

Breathing in positive energy,

Sent from the divine.

Sent to heal us and help us.

Letting go.

Further and further down.

Letting go.

Letting go even more.

Relaxing.

So,

So relaxed.

We're going to sleep straight through the night.

Very,

Very deeply.

Very nurturing.

Drifting off.

Drifting down.

Further and further.

More and more relaxed.
