For those who don't know, Binaural Beats require headphones to work, whereas Monaural Beats do not require headphones to deliver their healing benefits. Let those things on your mind go.

Take a pen and a piece of paper and write them down,

Just quickly,

If you feel you need to.

If you are at all concerned that you won't remember everything later.

Clear your mind in this way,

Allowing yourself to let go.

Let your body sink in to wherever you are sitting or laying.

Take some deep breaths and as you breathe in,

Breathe in peace,

Stillness,

Nice,

Clean,

Fresh energy.

As you breathe out,

Feel all the stress,

Tension,

Pain,

Negativity,

Worries,

Anything that causes any agitation within you.

Feel it all,

Leaving your body as you breathe out.

Let your mind relax and be at peace.

This music that is playing contains delta waves,

Which will help you to reach a beautiful,

Deep,

Healing place as you sleep.

Sleep is so important.

When we sleep,

Our body does its deep cycle maintenance.

It balances the hormones,

It heals what it can,

It rests fully,

It helps us to integrate what has happened during the last period since we were in that deep sleep.

New ways of thinking,

New feelings,

Energy shifts,

All that sort of stuff is integrated into your cells.

It makes you more balanced.

The healing powers of sleep have been greatly underrated by many.

Relax,

Let this music take you into sleep and allow it to bring you to a better place.

If life is stressful,

It is worthwhile making adjustments to your daily routine so that you can get some extra sleep.
