Meditation for leaving your worries behind. All the things that do not serve you anymore, leave it behind. Smile smile smile!! This meditation will guide you on a journey to pack those worries that don't serve you, leave them behind, and leave you smiling.

Good day beautiful beings,
Thank you for coming to my channel.
I hope I can settle down some nerves and give you something to smile about.
My meditation's name is smile,

It comes from a World War One song.
Pack up your troubles in a hole,
Kick back and smile,
Smile,
Smile.
Instead of having a kick back you can have a beautiful red back,
Backpack.
Are you ready for it ladies and gentlemen?
Settle in in a beautiful posture and just breathe.
On the count of four I would love you to breathe in,
Hold it for four,
Release it for four and before you take another breath you count to four again.
We will be doing this three times and then we will start.
Are you ready ladies and gentlemen?

As you continue breathing normally I want you to use your imagination.
I am inviting you to come and sit next to me on this beautiful riverbed.
Use all your senses and look what you can see.
Beautiful flowers everywhere.
Hear what you can hear.
Birds having a party in the tree.
Feel the sunshine on your forehead,
On your face and on your body.
Feel that magnificent power,
That warmness,
That amazingness of the sun.
See the beautiful water running down the stream.
Hear the water over the beautiful small stones in the river.
Just breathe.
Take in the scenery all around you.
It's beautiful.
It is magnificent.
It's breathtaking.
Just next to you,
You see this beautiful red backpack.
You're very curious what's in this backpack.
Just reach and pull it towards you.
As you open the zip you see there's nothing inside but beautiful velvet inner.
It is so beautiful.
I want you to imagine all the things that does not serve you anymore.
All the things that weighs you down.
Everything that you have on your shoulders that you are carrying around and some of that for many years.
I want you to imagine taking all those things that doesn't serve you anymore.
Take it from your back and start putting it in the backpack.
Fold that backpack up.
Just search and see if there's more that you can put in the backpack.
Good.
Wonderful.
Proud of you.
If it doesn't serve you anymore,
You don't need it anymore.
You don't need to keep it anymore.
Put it in the backpack.
And when you're ready close the backpack and put it on your back.
Oh it's heavy.
It is so heavy but we're gonna go and take it to the middle of the forest.
Wow.
Turning to your right you see there's a lot of trees.
I want you to enter the trees the beginning of the forest and I want you to start walking towards the middle of the forest.
The backpack is getting heavier the further you go.
It is really getting heavy almost like you can't move forward and the straps is like pulling deeply in your shoulders plate.
But today,
Today is the day that you will put all the things that doesn't serve you anymore that is in this beautiful red backpack away.
Why?
Because you don't need it anymore.
As you almost found it so difficult to walk and you're out of control.
It's difficult to walk and you're out of breath and you just want to stop.
You see there's a beautiful opening in the middle of the forest and when you enter in the surrounding circle you see there's the most beautiful English cottage with all around stairs and a stoop.
How beautiful and as you come nearer you see this magnificent rose garden.
It smells divine.
It smells of different fragrances.
Everywhere there is butterflies and bees zooming and flying.
This is a beautiful place.
This is a magnificent place.
Everywhere where you see it's just roses.
The smell is so divine and you feel at peace.
You feel relaxed.
Now I want you to enter the four steps towards the door.
As you open the door your breath is almost taken away of the scenery inside the English cottage.
The walls are orange and yellow because of the fireplace and in the middle of the room is the most beautiful mahogany table.
You close the door behind you.

As you walk towards the table you just feel comfortable.
You feel beautiful.
You feel amazing.
Turn around and put the backpack on the table.
As you turn around to look at the table and the beautiful red backpack you open the zip and look inside.
I'm gonna give you a few seconds to look at all the things that you have put in there.
All the things that doesn't suit you anymore.
It doesn't serve you anymore.
I want you to tell them thank you for being with you.
In the past I needed you but today I am releasing you.
You will be staying in this beautiful room with this beautiful fireplace and this magnificent table.
I want you to close the zip and then walk towards the door.
For the last time look at the scenery.
See what you can see.
Hear what you can hear and feel what you can feel.
As you open the door and go to the outside you feel like bubbles floating to the air.
You feel so much lighter.
You feel amazing.
You feel incredible.
Smelling the beautiful rose scents everywhere around you.
See what you can see in the garden.
You feel the sun.

Wow what a beautiful place.

And now with a hop and a skip I want you to enter the woods again back to where we started and now it's easy.
Now it's easy will flow.
You are moving with flow.
It is incredible.
It's amazing.
You feel beautiful because you are beautiful.

As you enter where you started you look around and you see what you see and you hear what you hear what you hear and you feel what you feel.
You tell yourself you are beautiful.
You are magnificent.
So incredible.
You are enough.
You tell yourself I am enough.
I am loved.

I am beautiful.
I'm amazing.
I'm amazing.
I am enough.
Feel the sun shine on you.
Feel the energy all around you.
Give yourself a big hug.

Take a beautiful in-breath and slowly release it.
Take another one in and out.
Last one in and sigh it out.
And when you're ready you can open your eyes.
