Sit comfortably with your back straight and relaxed.

Gently close your eyes.

Begin to pay attention to your breath.

Lengthen the inhale and the exhale as you slow down your breathing.

On the inhale,

Imagine you're breathing in clear white light,

A cleansing light.

And on the exhale,

Imagine breathing out black smoke that gets rid of all distractions,

Disturbances,

And negativity.

Inhale clarity,

Exhale distractions,

Purifying any disturbances in the mind and heart with each breath.

Inhale clarity,

Inhale clarity,
