I'm bringing you guided visualization meditations and honest solo sessions where I share personal development,
My most unhinged stories,
And intimate interviews.
Whether we're charting wellness,
Achievement,
Or building an aligned community,
We're here to create the life of your dreams and have a absolute blast doing it.
Hello,
Hello,
And welcome back to another episode of the Visualize Meditations podcast.
You can find yourself in a comfortable seated position with your eyes gently and safely closed.
Thoughts,
Feelings,
Sensations,
And emotions are completely normal.
And if they come up for you in meditation just allow them to pass gently like a cloud in the sky.
We're going to start this practice with some deep cleansing breaths.
Allow them to be the deepest breaths you've taken all day.
We'll do three together.
Inhale.
Hold.
Exhale.
Hold.
Inhale.
Hold.
Exhale.
Hold.
And last one together,
Inhale.
Inhale.
Hold.
Exhale.
You can continue to breathe normally on your own.
Know that thoughts,
Feelings,
Sensations,
And emotions are completely normal.
And if they're coming up for you in meditation,
Just allow them to pass gently like a cloud in the sky.
I'll keep track of the time and.
.
.
Just continue to sit in this meditative state.
You can gently start to bring yourself back.
Maybe bring some gentle movement back into the body.
Wiggle the fingers,
The toes,
Roll the shoulders,
The neck.
Invite you to take some deep cleansing breaths to close out this practice.
Really sit in this feeling.
And allow it to radiate out of you.
When you're ready,
You can gently open your eyes.
I hope you enjoyed that meditation and that sound bath.
And hopefully the audio and video worked really well.
Continue to take this presence throughout the rest of your day and this meditative state throughout the rest of your day.
Meditating is like going to the gym for your mind so if you find yourself getting distracted or being influenced by maybe negative emotions,
You can gently bring yourself back in the same way that you would gently bring yourself back during a meditation.
And we will catch you guys next week on the Visualize Meditations podcast.
Bye.
