Hi,
Hello,
What's up?
Welcome back to another episode of the Visualize Meditations podcast.
I'm here with Leah Zacharia at Shefa Yoga in Venice Beach,
And we were just talking,
It's an eclipse right now,
So everything.
When this comes out,
It won't be.
But for this meditation,
It will be.
But what what kind of energy are we bringing into this eclipse today?
Yeah,
So hello everyone.
This is a special energy because it is about letting things be complete,
Right?
I was just sharing that this is a time where the story that began in September 2024 is now completing itself.
So whatever was going on back then is now completing.
And one of the things that is coming up for me and what we'll meditate on is that needs to be done,
Be done.
Because we are really good at holding on and it's easy to slip back into the old stories,
Right?
Because there's comfort there,
There's knowingness there,
There's a lot more certainty because that's where we've been in our narrative for the last few years,
Right?
So can we really truly let go and let that story be complete so that we can draw in the new trajectories of opportunities,
Creativity,
Right?
It is that's trying to come through to come through.
It's right now is the full moon right now and the lunar eclipse but this energy will continue just even past that even probably still into when this ever comes out but it's always a lesson to learn no matter what.
It's like can we just let it go?
Can we be done with that old story and move on?
I'm really excited for today's practice.
Today we're just going to go through a meditation and yeah,
I'll leave it over to you.
Thank you so much.
I'm super excited to get into this.
Amazing.
Amazing.
All right.
We're here at Shafa Yoga and we're in the salt healing room.
So this is a really special place to really drop in.
I call it the womb room because it's this place where we can really be present.
So we're going to move into a guided meditation.
So if everybody could just drop the lids of their eyes closed,
Come to a tall seat.
Take a big breath in through your nose.
And now your mouth.
And then just let yourself arrive to the space that you're in.
Feel your sits bones ground down and let your spine crawl nice and tall.
I like to visualize putting a crown on my head.
It's like taking the seat of your regal power,
This positioning that I am here,
I am present.
This is an important moment.
And then just take a moment to scan your body,
To take in your environment.
Notice the texture of the air.
Notice the smell,
The temperature.
And if there's any noise going on beyond wherever it is that you're at,
Can you allow yourself to zoom into your internal world?
To let go of the FOMO that we have created in this culture that what is going on out there or in the noise is more important than right now.
Instead,
Tune in that you've chosen to slow down and be in this meditation and to be present,
To be in a place of self-inquiry and observation.
Notice your breath.
And when the noise might get distracting or you want to move out of this meditation because there's some sort of distraction,
Come back to your breath.
Come back to the moment.
To allow yourself to continue to cultivate this.
Space where you can be still,
That you can tune out the noise so that you can find the calm in the chaos.
You can find that self-regulation when it feels challenging.
Just notice right away if you felt that.
Sudden kind of groundedness.
In that arrival.
Where we don't have our devices.
There's nothing to do.
Just be here in the moment.
Connect to yourself and to.
.
.
Your spirit,
Your soul,
Your heart.
In this moment.
So as we journey through this guided meditation,
I offer that whatever comes to your mind,
Please allow it to be.
The rational mind will say,
Why am I thinking that?
I should do this.
This is a better answer,
Because that's how we're conditioned.
But if you allow yourself to see what the first image that comes to your mind has some message from your subconscious that made you want to come through that potentially you will understand today or days from now,
Months from now,
Even years from now.
This has been a very profound practice for myself.
Of really tuning into what the message that wants to come through today,
Even if it doesn't make sense.
A lot of things are metaphoric.
And understood later,
Just like life.
We live forward,
We understand in reverse.
So in that spirit of.
.
.
Can we allow.
.
.
What wants to be complete.
Be done.
Can any of those old stories,
Those things that we keep returning to because they have a certain level of comfort,
Can they Be done.
So in your mind's eye,
Again,
Whatever comes up first,
Is there something?
In these last two years that has been.
Brewing or been difficult or you've been.
Working through that has served its purpose.
That it has come to an end,
That it is no longer necessary.
Something that really truly needs to be complete,
Let go of.
See it in your mind,
And again,
Try not to rationalize it away,
And if there's some sort of imagery that comes up that doesn't even make sense,
Just let it be.
Let it be.
You don't need to understand it right now.
And the whatever that is.
Can you see yourself?
Let it go.
Can you see it be complete?
Can you feel yourself cutting the cord?
Saying goodbye.
Moving it away,
Whatever it takes to let the completion be done.
Whatever comes out for you.
And in that space.
Of completion.
There's now room for something else.
And that could be even simultaneously through the trajectory of what needed to be done and let go of to then now really propel the next thing to move forward.
So it can be either or,
Right?
It's something that's already started that's going to move forward more quickly because of the other completion or it's going to start now.
So when you're hard in your spirit and your soul,
What is that?
Just let it be.
What calls to your heart?
What have you been manifesting?
What is true for you?
What is the remembrance of you?
Why are you here?
What is your purpose?
And then feel yourself.
Signing a new contract.
A new deal.
A new commitment,
Whatever it is you want to look at it.
Write a new story.
Of what is to come next.
And notice if your body has any tension,
Or your mind already wants to say all of the reasons why.
You might not have enough time,
Money,
Resources.
Where the confidence might wane or the uncertainties lurk.
This is a great time for embracing the unknown.
Too.
Be done with the old to let in the new even in the realms of great uncertainty and vulnerability.
It takes great courage.
To let go.
And then to start again.
The starting.
Something new with.
.
.
Non-attachment with not knowing the end result,
But having faith and trust that This is the next pathway.
What served its purpose has taught us what we needed.
Has moved us forward to this next moment.
Allow yourself to sit in that.
Feel into whatever it is that wants to arise without judgment.
Without having to fix,
Without having to know.
And just allowing yourself to feel.
I love it when.
.
.
The stars,
The planets,
Nature.
Life gives us a reminder.
To do these exercises,
But the truth is that we can do this.
Whether it's a full moon or eclipse.
We can make these assessments in our life when we hit these.
New layers,
New moments.
As tuning into the inner knowing and the listening of wherever your path is playing out.
And oftentimes,
It's just allowing yourself to sit.
To contemplate,
To be present.
To lose the distractions of the shoulds,
The have-tos,
The.
.
.
Keeping up the conditioning to re-navigate to your truth.
Take a big breath in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Bring your hands to the center of your heart and just tip your chin just slightly as this bows.
Reverence,
This humbleness to your heart.
Offering a moment of gratitude.
Of what is in this moment.
A moment to say thank you for this present moment.
To yourself for giving you this space to sit.
Let's end with one om.
Inhale.
Ah.
Thank you for sitting.
For listening,
For being.
Honoring that place of love,
Light,
And truth that exists in you and me.
Namaste.
Namaste.
Oh my god,
Wow.
Feels good,
Doesn't it?
So necessary,
So needed.
Thank you so much for that practice.
Really excited to share that with everybody.
And I needed that myself.
So incredible to be able to share that.
So thank you so much.
Yeah.
Yeah.
You're welcome.
Yeah.
We all need it.
I need it.
I love doing it because it's just as helpful for me as anybody else too.
Absolutely.
I feel the same way every time I got one.
I'm like,
Yep.
Yeah.
Yeah.
Someone needs to come up.
Absolutely.
So anyway,
Guys,
Thank you so much and catch the next episode to hear the story.
But thank you so much for joining.
We'll see you next week.
Thank you.
Bye.
