Welcome to your chakra toning practice.
This is lovely.
Gentle practice.
Through all the chakras.
And then close them again.
With the tone or the seed sound for every chakra.
When I tone,
I use.

Um.
.
.
To make every letter the same length.
So for the root chakra it will be LAM.
And the L,
The A,
And the M will be the same length.
Going to start by putting our left hand in front of our root chakra.
It's going to stay there the duration of this practice.
Your right hand will be in front of the chakras but it'll go up Independently,
The left one keeps you grounded this whole time.
So make sure your feet are right underneath you.
Your hips,
Your toes are pointing forward.
Your knees are gently bent to let the energy flow your hips.
Or relax.
Your ribs are relaxed.
Chest is open.
Crown is free and lifted.
So you can hover your left hand in front of your root chakra or your pelvis.
The right hand will come to hover in front of the left.
And we'll tone.
For the root chakra,
Which is LAM,
L-A-M.
Inhale.
Then bring the right hand up in front of your belly button or your sacral chakra.
Inhale.
The sound here is VAM,
V-A-M.
Bring your hand.
Up in front of your solar plexus.
The seed sound here is ROM.
R-A-M,
Inhale.
Good.
Bring the right hand to hover in front of the heart now.
The seed sound here is YAM,
Y-A-M.
Inhale.
I'll bring that hand in front of the throat.
The seed sound here is ham,
H-A-M.
I struggle to make the H long,
But we'll try.
Inhale.
Mwah!
Now bring the hand up in front of the forehead,
The third eye,
The sound is om.
So we make the O and the M at the same length.
Inhale.
Whoa.
In this next one we say so hum.
So we go so we bring our arm up and then we hum we bring everything down.
Somehow.
And he'll gather all the energy.
Exhale,
Hands to heart center.
Take a moment to notice how you feel right now.
Maybe bringing a smile to your face.
And then moving on with your day.
