This is ideal for anyone looking to find a little rest or sleep and especially those dealing with chronic pain,
Discomfort,
And the type of pain that might disrupt your sleep.
So you can use this meditation to help drift off and find more ease in your body.
So if you're not already,
Lie down.
Try to get as comfortable as you can.
Nuzzle into the pillow,
Pull the blankets tight around you,
And feel a beautiful pink and golden cocoon forming around you,
Like a soft cloud hugging you,
Enveloping you,
Nurturing you.
Let your bones shift in your body.
Your skin and your muscles are all supporting you.
Let your bones just lie,
Rest.
Let your flesh be soft and relaxed.
Know that your body is magical and healing and powerful.
You are safe and whole and well.
Start to feel a golden light spread from your crown,
Top of your head.
This beautiful golden light spreading over your face,
The back of your head,
Your eyes,
Your ears,
Your nose,
Relaxing the flesh and the bones further.
This powerful golden light envelops your jaw,
Your neck,
Your throat.
The golden light envelops your shoulders,
All the bones and ligaments there.
This gold light rewires them perfectly.
The gold light flows down your arms,
Your elbows,
Forearms,
Your wrists,
And your hands.
Try to relax further into your pillow,
And the gold light comes back from your shoulders,
Covers your chest,
Your back,
Covers your heart space.
The gold light flows,
Healing and nurturing all of your internal organs,
Your ribs,
The flesh in this part of your body is relaxing.
And the gold light flows lower and lower.
Gold light flowing and healing over your buttocks,
Coming down your thighs now.
Big,
Meaty,
Juicy,
Wonderful muscles relaxing.
And the golden light is covering them,
Flowing down,
Down,
Down.
Over your knees,
Relaxing,
Flowing down,
Covering your shins,
Your calves.
And the gold light flows all the way,
Covering your ankles,
Your heels,
The bottoms of your feet,
The tops of your feet,
All the way to your toes,
The moons of your toes.
Your whole body is encased in gold light.
Your whole body is deeply relaxed,
Deeply healed.
Bring your awareness to your third eye.
Bring that awareness to your right ear,
Your right shoulder,
Right elbow.
And you don't have to do anything,
You're just bringing your awareness there.
Right wrist,
Your right thumb,
Your right pointer finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
Pinky.
Bring your awareness to your right ribs,
Your right hip,
Your right thigh bone,
Your right knee,
Your right shin,
Your right ankle,
Right foot,
Your big toe,
Second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
And pinky toe.
And now bring the awareness to your left big toe,
Your left second toe,
Third toe,
Fourth toe,
And pinky toe.
Bring the awareness to the left top of your foot,
Bottom of your foot,
Your left heel,
Your left ankle,
Your left shin,
Your left knee.
Bring your awareness to your left thigh,
Your left hip.
Bring the awareness to your left side,
Your left rib cage,
Your heart.
Bring awareness to your left thumb,
Your left pointer finger,
Middle finger,
Ring finger,
Pinky,
Your left wrist,
Your left forearm,
Your left elbow.
Bring the awareness to your left upper arm.
Bring the awareness to your left shoulder.
Bring your left ear back to the center of your forehead.
On this exhale,
Start by counting the number 10.
On your next exhale,
Count the number 9.
Next exhale,
8.
Next exhale,
7.
Next exhale,
6.
Next exhale,
5.
Next exhale,
1.
All the way to 0.
And if you're still awake,
If you're still aware,
Now you can think about your Sangalpa,
A very clear sentence of what you wish to manifest.
Perhaps a year from now,
Feel it,
Know it,
Say it in one clear sentence.
I am living.
I have.
I am healed.
I am whole.
Whatever it is.
Repeat that sentence to yourself three times now.
And so it is.
Feel the golden light in your body shining,
Healing itself,
Nurturing you.
And the pink warm cloud on the outside holding you,
Keeping you safe.
Know that any momentary discomfort is temporary.
This too will pass.
And all will be well.
All is well.
Keep resting.
Keep drifting.
Keep loving yourself.
