Hello and welcome to this guided meditation.
Today we're going to go on a journey to meet your spirit guides.
So find a comfortable position,
Whether it's sitting or laying down,
Whatever feels better for you.
Let your body settle,
Like it's finally allowed to stop performing.
And when you're ready.
Close your eyes.
Take a slow,
Deep breath in through your nose.
And exhale gently through your mouth.
Again,
In through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
One more time in through your nose.
And out through your mouth.
Let your shoulders drop and your jaw soften.
Let your breath find a natural rhythm.
No effort.
No control.
Just flow.
Now imagine yourself standing at the edge of a forest.
This forest feels alive,
Ancient,
Aware of you.
The air is cool and damp,
Carrying the scent of moss,
Cedar,
And rich earth after rain.
Somewhere overhead,
Leaves whisper softly in the breeze.
There's a path in front of you.
Soft earth beneath your feet,
Light filtering through the trees like something sacred,
Golden and hushed as it slips between branches.
Begin to walk.
With each step,
You feel more grounded,
More present,
More connected to something deeper than thought.
The forest floor gives gently under you.
Quiet hum of life surrounds you.
Birds calling in the distance,
A faint rustle in the undergrowth,
The steady breath of the woods.
You hear a river nearby.
Follow the sound.
It grows clearer as you move.
A cool silver murmur threading through the trees.
As you walk,
Notice how safe you feel here.
Nothing rushes you.
Nothing demands anything from you.
The forest welcomes you.
The air feels soft against your skin and every sound seems to make room for your presence.
You arrive at a clearing where a gentle river flows.
The water glows faintly,
Reflecting light that doesn't seem to come from the sun.
It moves over smooth stones with a quiet luminous shimmer and a delicate mist rises from its surface.
This is your meeting place.
Stand near the water.
Take a breath.
Become still.
Let the sound of the river wash through you steady and calm.
Quietly,
Either in your mind or softly aloud,
Say,
I invite my spirit guides to come forward,
Those who walk with me in truth,
In protection,
And in wisdom.
I am ready to see,
Feel,
Or sense your presence.
Then wait.
Don't force anything.
Don't search.
Just allow.
You may feel a shift in the air,
A warmth,
A presence beside you or behind you.
The clearing may seem to deepen into stillness,
As if the forest itself is listening.
You may see a figure or simply feel that you are no longer alone.
A subtle pressure in the air,
A flicker at the edge of sight.
Quiet certainty in your chest.
Trust the first impression.
Your guides may appear in any form,
Human,
Light,
Shadow,
Animal,
Or something you don't have words for.
They come in in a way your mind can accept.
Wrapped in the language of symbols,
Sensation,
And calm recognition.
Take a moment to observe them.
Notice how they feel.
Calm,
Strong,
Gentle,
Protective.
Perhaps they carry the hush of the river,
Or the stillness of the trees,
Or a warmth that settles softly around you.
When it feels right.
Ask.
What message do you have for me right now?
And listen.
The answer may come as words or images or quiet knowing.
It may arrive like a ripple across the river,
A sudden image or a feeling that lands gently and stays.
Trust whatever comes,
Even if it feels subtle.
And if nothing comes,
That's okay too.
Their presence alone is the message.
Stay here for a few moments,
Breathe,
And receive.
When you're ready.
Thank them.
Say thank you for being with me,
Thank you for guiding and protecting me.
Watch as they begin to fade or step back.
But no,
They are never truly gone.
Their presence lingers like a soft glow in the air,
Like the memory of sunlight through leaves.
They walk with you,
Always.
Now turn back towards the path,
Walk slowly through the forest again,
Feeling your body,
Your breath,
Your presence returning.
The sounds of the forest soften,
The light fades,
And gently,
You return.
Bring awareness back to your body,
Your hands,
Your feet.
Take a deep breath in.
And exhale.
When you're ready.
Open your eyes.
You are here.
And you are not alone.
Thank you.
