You will be guided to slow down, quiet your mind and connect with your womb space, before moving into a 15 minute practice of simply listening. Find a quiet spot where you can fully relax and sit down or lie down with your hands on your lower belly. This practice is perfect first thing in the morning, before bed or when you are bleeding.
