This is a guided womb listening practice for women who yearn to connect with the wisdom of their wombs. You will be guided to slow down, quiet your mind and connect with your womb space, before moving into a 15 minute practice of simply listening. Find a quiet spot where you can fully relax and sit down or lie down with your hands on your lower belly. This practice is perfect first thing in the morning, before bed or when you are bleeding. Welcome to your womb connection practice.

You don't need to be a certain way to do this.

Your womb is already a part of you.

You might feel in a close relationship with it.

You might feel far away from it.

You might not even be sure where it is or how to relate to it.

It doesn't matter.

We are here to listen.

We are here to enter stillness,

Formlessness,

Sensing and listening.

We are listening to the whispers of your body.

Every thought,

Every feeling,

Every tension,

Every image,

Word or sentence that arises is relevant.

When you will become aware of it,

Welcome it.

You can even say welcome.

Welcome grief.

Welcome confusion.

Welcome trying to do it right.

And then go back to listening.

If you feel stuck,

Ask your womb,

What do you need?

Ask what would feel good right now?

And listen.

And then just do it.

Just follow it and see what happens.

Now come into a position that you'd like to begin this practice in.

It can be seated,

It can be lying down or standing.

Place your hands on your womb.

Feel the warmth.

If you can,

Place them directly on your skin,

Right over your lower belly.

And settle.

Settle into this position.

We're going to take three breaths and guide our consciousness down,

Down into your womb.

Exhale everything.

Inhale into your womb,

Hold and release.

And again,

Inhale.

Let the air fill the space in your lower belly.

Make space and release.

And once again,

Inhale down into your womb.

Hold it with your hands and release.

This will be an unguided practice from now on.

And the only prompt I want you to stay with is listening.

Listening to your womb.
