Hello my dear friend,
Welcome to the root chakra balancing and healing guided meditation.
Please get comfortable and let your whole body relax and close your eyes.
Take a deep breath in and out.
Allow yourself to relax into this moment.
There is only right here and right now.
Allow your breathing to fall into its own natural rhythm,
Not trying to control it in any way.
Just observing as you breathe in relaxation and breathe out tension.
Breathing in relaxation,
Breathing out tension.
Just watching the natural rhythm of your breathing.
Now bring your attention to the base of your spine.
Imagine a red light there,
Expanding.
Try to notice how it feels for you.
Now begin to breathe in some red light into your root chakra.
Watch as the red glow starts to gently expand.
With every in breath you pull in more red light allowing it to fill your chakra.
Breathing in red light energy,
Breathing out tension.
Breathing in red light energy,
Breathing out tension.
This red light brings you health,
Security,
Strength.
Let the red light fill you.
You are strong.
You are safe.
You are grounded.
Say this to yourself.
I am strong.
I am safe.
I am grounded.
Now breathing in security,
Breathing out fear.
Breathing in confidence,
Breathing out all those fears.
I am secure.
I am safe.
I am grounded.
You feel deeply rooted to the earth.
You see the earth supporting and nourishing your entire being.
Feel the red light all around you and in you.
Let the root chakra take what it needs.
When you are ready bring your awareness back to the flow of your breathing.
In and out.
Be aware of your full body.
Bring your attention to your toes,
Then to your fingers.
Let yourself be aware of the room again,
Of all the sounds close by.
And when you feel ready too,
You can open your eyes.
