And welcome to this gentle yoga stretch.
You can do this practice right from your bed to help wind down for sleep.
This is a minimal cues class,
And this just means there will be minimal guidance from me during this practice.
I'll just be saying the pose names to offer more time for silence throughout the class.
If you'd prefer some more guidance and information,
I do have the same class here on Insight Timer as a guided version,
Which offers more cues and different options for the poses.
Otherwise,
If you're familiar with some of these poses already,
We'll continue on with our minimal cues version.
This whole class will be done from a supine position,
So make your way onto your back on a comfortable surface,
Maybe your bed.
Once you're settled and comfortable,
We'll take a couple minutes to turn inwards,
Maybe focus on the breath if you'd like.
