Hello and welcome to the Insight Timer app.
My name is Samantha Carpino and I'll be guiding you today through a Reiki infused meditation.
My invitation to you here is to find an upright seated position.
You can be in a chair,
On the floor,
On your cushion,
Anywhere that brings you comfort and ease while the spine can remain vertical.
Invite yourself to settle in and begin to tune in to your breath,
Following the element of air as it anchors you in this moment.
Allow yourself to be fully present,
Not thinking about any one particular thing on your list to do,
Any one person,
Pattern or habit of the mind,
But instead allowing yourself to be fully present,
Feeling your breath moving in through your body and out through your body.
And as you begin to anchor here with your breath,
Start to find a place where you can find a steady rhythm of your inhale and exhale.
And as you find the steady rhythm of your breath,
Allow your eyes to softly close or look down towards your legs,
Feeling this position of your body completely supported by whatever is beneath you.
And as we begin to infuse Reiki energy into this meditation session,
I invite you to relax.
We'll start by bringing in white light energy so that wherever you are in time and space,
Whatever energy you're holding in your body,
We can begin to transform it into white light so that Mother Gaia can utilize your energy in a way that only she knows how to recycle it.
So as we sit,
Let's take a breath in together.
Zohoorai,
Zohoorai,
Zohoorai.
Allowing this white light energy to surround you and fill up your vessel and your space with pure white light energy.
And allowing this white light energy to dissolve anything that may be heavy or holding you back or down in your day-to-day life.
If any thoughts or emotions bubble to the surface,
Allow yourself to acknowledge what they are without attachment.
Feel them dissolve.
Feel them melt away.
And with your next few breaths,
Can you relax a little bit further,
A little bit deeper into your being?
Can you begin to feel lightness through body,
Mind,
And spirit?
Every exhale,
Body relaxes a little bit further,
A little bit deeper.
Now in this moment,
Allow yourself to become present with your body,
With the physical matter of what is.
Begin to notice where you are holding energy in your body.
And once you notice where this energy is held in your body,
Can you hold space for yourself to acknowledge the energy,
To feel the energy,
And to process the energy?
In this moment,
We're not trying to change or manipulate.
We're allowing ourselves to observe,
Honor,
And acknowledge.
And through this space,
The change will naturally take place.
We'll feel the water within the body.
We might feel emotion bubble to the surface,
Presenting itself through tears.
We might begin to feel sensations within our stomach,
Processing,
Digestion,
The elements at work.
And just like the tides with the ebbs and flows into the shoreline and away,
Invite yourself to be in the seat of the observer for the sensations that you feel within your body.
Allow yourself to just sit here for a few moments with this white light,
Transforming anything you're releasing,
Recycling it,
Letting it go,
And inviting yourself to just be a witness to the process of your change and evolution,
Not attaching to any one particular feeling,
Sensation,
Memory,
Anything that arises,
Remaining neutral,
And then using the element of air,
Your breath,
To sit and hold the space for yourself,
And then watch as these energies naturally disappear and make their way out of the body or perhaps to a new place.
Notice what arises and remain neutral.
Let's practice this for a few moments all on our own.
Now,
As you return to your breath and sit with what is,
Acknowledging what's surfaced,
Love and peace.
Notice where these words land in your body and if you feel called to place a hand over where you feel these words in your body,
Go ahead and do that now.
And just feel how beautiful it is to exist,
To have this opportunity to practice meditation for yourself and with yourself,
The strength of your mind for being present with what is without attachment,
Returning to the ebb and flow of your breath.
I now close this Reiki channel here and now,
And I wish you a peaceful journey wherever you may be off to.
