Did you know that when seahorses wake up in the morning,

Seahorses,

They mate for life.

And when they wake up in the morning with their beloved,

They engage in a ritual dance.

They dance together and they intertwine their tails.

And sometimes they change colors.

What would it be like if that was your morning?

If you woke up with the joy to move,

To change colors,

To celebrate the person or the people who you love,

What would that be like?

Just envision this for yourself right now,

Waking up with this love,

This excitement,

This joy to be alive,

To see the sunrise,

To have the opportunity of experiencing a new day.

Feel this now,

Breathing in gratitude for this beautiful breath,

For this beautiful day,

Trusting that no matter what unfolds today,

We have so much to be grateful for.

Thinking of some of the things you have in your space,

In your home,

That make your life easier,

Convenient,

Comfortable.

Feeling gratitude for the things around you that are beautiful,

That allow you to see and appreciate all of the beauty in the world.

And now,

Most importantly,

I want you to think of the people who you love,

The people for whom you have gratitude.

Think of all that they offer you,

Their compassion and kindness,

Their playfulness,

Their insight,

The ways they bring love and light into your life.

Let your heart be full of this gratitude now,

This warmth.

Feel that warmth flowing from your chest out through your whole body,

Uplifting you and preparing you to have a good day.
