You're here because you want to be free from a craving.

The good news is that this is all you need,

A desire and a willingness to let go of this craving.

You don't need to know how and it may feel completely impossible right now that this craving could leave,

But the thing is that you only need now in this moment to be completely willing to let the craving leave.

I think you know that by the end of this recording you'll be able to be completely free.

I want you to know that I love you and you're going to be okay.

Everything's going to be okay.

By the end of this recording you'll be able to put your hand on your stomach and feel what your belly truly feels and know that you aren't really truly hungry for food.

And all you need to do is be completely willing to let go.

So put your hand on your belly right now and rub in circles.

Do you know that your belly loves you?

And now put the other hand on your heart and feel your beating soul.

Do you know that your heart loves you?

Do you know that this craving is a visitor here to your body?

And just like a guest in your home,

It's to be treated with kindness.

This visitor is actually here for a reason and this visitor,

This craving has come to tell you something important.

Something important about yourself.

With your hand on your heart,

We're going to take a big breath in and out.

One more.

Big breath in and out.

Let's ask this craving,

What is it you've come to tell me?

What is the truth that you carry?

What do you want to tell me?

What is it you really truly need right now?

You can ask yourself that,

What is it you need right now?

What is the most loving thing that I need right now?

You might be surprised by the answer.

It might be a hug.

It might be a jumper.

Maybe you're cold.

It might be some time out.

It might be some comfort to be held,

For your head to be stroked and to be told,

I love you.

You are doing so well.

Whatever it is,

This craving is here to tell you that something is wrong,

Something is not right with your current circumstances right now.

And that's okay,

We're learning together how to listen and how to let this guest,

This craving move on.

It'll only move on if you're able to listen.

I love you,

You're doing so well.

What do you need right now?

I love you,

You're doing so well.

Take a big breath in and a big breath out.

A big breath in and a big breath out.

Whatever the most loving thing you can do for yourself right now is,

Go and do that.

Go and do that now.

And remember,

I love you and you're doing so well.
