Hi friends,
Welcome to the final week of August,
Starting August 31st,
2026.
And yes,
I know there's only one day left of August,
But it is on a Monday and so it deserves its own card,
Its own week.
So for today,
And I personally would extend it to the rest of the week.
The card that came forward is the Page of Swords,
And I love this as the very ending of August.
August has been.
.
.
I'm not sure for you,
But it has been a very working month for me.
We've had so much happen from our monthly theme of King of Swords,
The Truth Teller,
Going from the High Priestess where we were listening to our inner selves,
To the Two of Swords where we had to make a choice,
The Ten of Cups where we received beautiful abundance and realized that it came from everywhere around us,
To last week,
The Nine of Wands,
Which is protecting everything we had built.
Realizing that not everyone deserves our attention,
And that's okay.
This bonus week,
This bonus card,
This bonus day,
The Page of Swords is simply saying,
We're not done.
Even though we have come to this point,
We can still grow.
We can still learn.
I think of the Page of Swords as a green card.
You don't really have all the experience yet,
But you're about to enter into a new place.
You have just enough to kind of get you through the door,
But you don't have all the certifications,
All the degrees.
So lean into whatever is calling you right now after all this tremendous growth in August.
Maybe it's something as simple as learning a new skill.
Maybe it's about having a conversation that maybe you wouldn't have had before,
But now,
Now you're confident enough to do that.
So become curious instead of becoming defensive.
Staying mentally energized is kind of how I think of this card.
It's pretty easy to stay with that nine of wands energy from last week because last week,
As I said,
We want to make sure that we're protecting ourselves and have healthy boundaries,
But we also don't want to become so rigid that we're overly guarding ourselves.
This is the card that's going to help us with that.
This is the Page of Swords saying,
Hey,
Keep your boundaries,
But also keep your eyes and mind open.
We can still grow.
We can still evolve.
The wisest people remain students.
So as August comes to a close on this very day,
The Page of Swords is encouraging us to stay curious.
We've gained so much clarity.
We've made such important choices and we strengthened our boundaries that really reflect the self-respect we deserve.
But the journey isn't over.
And this day,
This week is here to remind us to stay open to new perspectives,
New information,
And continue to grow.
