Find a comfortable position,
Either seated or laying down.
If you're seated,
You can put your hands on your lap,
Facing up,
And just ensure that you're very,
Very comfortable.
Feel supported by your chair or by your bed,
And fully let your body soak in.
Let's go ahead and close our eyes,
And let's breathe.

Now,
I'd like for you to say these following words silently to yourself,
But it would be best if you could say it out loud and hear your voice.
I will repeat each one three times,
And say it along with me.
