Hey there!

Welcome to this guided meditation.

Today we're going to focus on cultivating positive energy.

This meditation is designed to connect you with feelings of joy,

Gratitude,

And love.

By the end of this meditation,

You should feel open-hearted,

Lighter,

And emotionally refreshed.

All right,

Let's begin.

Go ahead and lay down or have a seat and close your eyes.

Get comfortable.

Let's take a few deep breaths together so we can get grounded in this moment.

So deep breath in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Notice any tension in your body.

And if you feel any tightness anywhere,

Just let it go.

Bring yourself into a relaxed state so you can really enjoy this meditation.

Notice any tension on your face or your head,

Your neck and your shoulders.

Let it all melt away.

Is there any tension in your arms,

Your chest,

Your abdomen,

Your back?

Let yourself fully relax.

How about tension in your hips and your thighs,

Your quads,

Your calves and shins and feet and toes?

Notice tension anywhere in your body.

Just let it go.

Now,

I'd like for you to think of a person or a memory that brings you great joy and happiness.

Is there a person in your life that brings you great joy and happiness?

Or was there a memory in your life that brings you great joy and happiness?

Think about that person or that memory.

Notice how you feel inside.

As you're breathing in and breathing out,

As you think of this person or recollect this memory,

Notice the joy and the happiness and love you feel inside.

Be focused on these emotions.

And go deeper and deeper into these emotions.

Go deeper into the feeling of love and joy and happiness.

Let it start to embody you.

Have you found that person or memory yet that creates joy within you?

If not,

Just keep looking.

And once you find that person or that memory,

Lock into those emotions and go deep into those emotions of love,

Joy and happiness.

Let it fill your heart and let it fill your chest and your entire body.

It's okay if these happy memories make you smile.

Or if you get overwhelmed by love and you shed a tear,

It's all right.

Let your emotions activate within you.

Let it overwhelm you.

Go deep into love,

Happiness,

Joy.

Notice that these feelings of happiness and joy,

They've made you feel more positive,

Lighter,

And more grateful.

Notice how you're feeling inside.

Notice the change within you,

Not just emotionally,

But physiologically.

Is it easier to breathe?

Do you feel lighter?

Let's take a few deep breaths and breathe into these emotions.

So deep breath in and breathe out.

Deep breath in and breathe out.

Deep breath in and breathe out.

Keep going deeper and deeper into the love and light you feel within you.

Let it fill your entire body.

Become the love and light that you've always wanted to be.

Become the love and light of the world.

Allow the happiness and joy and love to radiate from you.

Let your body become a beacon of light in this world.

With every breath that you take,

Breathe into these emotions.

I'd like for you to think of someone who you would love to send this light to.

Is there a friend or family member who would appreciate,

Who would appreciate receiving good vibes and positivity and light and love?

Think of that person and send them your love.

Send them your light.

Let's hope they receive your light and have a better day,

That they feel uplifted and blessed and joyful inside and grateful.

Blast them with your light.

And next,

I'd like for you to radiate your light to your whole community.

Be a beacon of love and light in this world and radiate your light to others.

Radiate your light to your whole community,

Your neighborhood,

Your extended neighborhood,

And also your circles of friends and relatives and family members.

Shine your love and light upon them.

Now,

I'd like for you to send your love and light to the whole world.

Send this cultivation of positive energy that you have within you and let it beam through the whole world.

And let your light be uplifting for people.

May people's lives become more positive and lighter and more joyful all over the world.

I'd like for you to extend your arm,

Your arms out in front of you as though you were hugging the world,

Embracing the world.

So hug the world,

Put the world up against your chest.

The world is in a lot of pain because of all of the suffering that happens day to day,

Not just to humans,

But to animals and nature.

And perhaps your love can lessen that burden.

Perhaps your love can help transform the whole world into a place of peace and happiness and joy so that it elevates into a higher state of being that the whole world and all the people and the animals and nature,

That we all elevate to a higher state of being,

One of love and light and truth and integrity and authenticity,

Embrace the world.

And now I'd like for you to gently push the world into your chest and allow the world to integrate with you fully.

Allow both yourself and the world to elevate together into a higher dimension of love and light and peace and kindness and compassion and empathy.

Allow the whole world to be fully absorbed into your body and into your heart and into your chest so that you can integrate.

You can become love and light itself together,

Elevate.

We're going to take a few deep breaths.

When you breathe in,

Charge your body with love and light.

Breathe in love and light and supercharge it with love and light.

And when you exhale,

You will exhale your love and light to all the people in the world who are struggling,

Who are having a hard day,

Who just need some compassion and empathy.

So breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Breathe in,

Breathe in love and light.

Charge your body with love and light and breathe out.

Breathe out as a blessing to anyone who's struggling in the world today.

Breathe in and breathe out.

Put your hand over your heart as you breathe in and breathe out.

So deep breath in,

Feel the love and positive energy cultivating within you and breathe out.

Share it with the world and breathe in and breathe out.

Keep breathing to yourself.

Fostering love,

Joy,

Happiness and positivity with every deep breath and sharing that love and light as you exhale,

Sharing it with the world.

We are approaching the end of our meditation but you're invited to continue on your own if you wish to do that.

Otherwise you can bring your awareness back into your body and into your room.

You can wiggle your fingers and toes and move your neck and your shoulders and slowly start to open your eyes.
