
Inviting the Chakras to Open

When the chakras are flowing optimally so does our life. In this meditation there is no doing, just allowing the chakras to come into optimal alignment all on their own.

All right,
We're going to do a meditation today,
A very gentle meditation,
Inviting the chakras to open.
This language is important because we are not forcing the chakras open,
We are not clearing the chakras,
We are not in adversity or conflict with the chakras.
We are opening to them.
We are just letting the chakras come into their natural home,
Their natural alignment all on their own.
The chakras are powerful vortexes of energy.
They don't need us pushing them around,
But they need us to welcome them.
They need us to say,
Come on home,
Just come on home,
Let's be together.
So this is the attitude,
This is the intention we're going to work with today.
We're going to start with bringing in some relaxation.
So coming into a comfortable position,
Really setting the intention that you're not going to be distracted.
You're not going to be ruminating about anything else going on in your life.
You're going to be here.
You're going to be right here doing this meditation.
So I'm going to light a little sage for all of us and do a little smoke clearing for the group.
You can hear me lighting the sage and you can hear me lighting the sage knowing that you're coming into a sacred space.
So coming into a sacred,
Safe space so you feel very safe,
You feel very taken care of and your chakras are going to feel very safe and very taken care of too.
Putting your eyes closed and connecting to your breath.
Feeling your inhalations and feeling your exhalations.
Feeling yourself softening with every inhalation.
Feel yourself releasing with every exhalation.
Softening,
Releasing.
Becoming heavier,
Becoming present,
Becoming awake,
Becoming aware.
Relax and awake and aware simultaneously.
And noticing your right shoulder and setting the intention that any stress is dissolving off the right shoulder.
And noticing the left shoulder and setting the intention that any stress is dissolving off the left shoulder.
And staying here in breath.
Feeling and exhaling.
Feeling yourself heavy but feeling yourself awake.
Feeling the stress dissolving.
Feeling that your body really is a sacred space.
A sacred space that your chakras want to be in.
We're going to be working today with the seven major chakras giving each chakra five minutes.
Five full minutes of our beautiful loving attention.
So let's start with the root chakra bringing the attention just below the genital area,
Just below the pelvis.
Your eyes are closed,
We're focused.
Setting the intention.
I invite the root chakra to come to the center of my light column.
I invite the root chakra to come to the center of my light column.
All my root chakra soul energy is returning.
It is safe and hospitable for my root chakra to come home.
I'm just noticing what you notice.
There could be energy returning.
There could be energy spinning.
You want to work with the color,
You can work with red.
So just starting here with the intention I am inviting all my root chakra energy home.
So let's go.
Just looking at these,
It's incredible.
It's incredible.
How were you?
It was special.
It was so incredible.
When I opened this,
You can see the power.
Can you help?
Yeah.
So I'm just taking a diye achter.

And now with the root chakra,
Just setting the intention that the chakra is widening.
Setting the intention that the root chakra is widening.
Becoming wide and vibrant.
You can see like tons of red spreading.
You can see a big wide vortex turning.
I have a wide vibrant root chakra.
Feeling it wide and feeling it become strong and vibrant.
Now letting all that go,
Just let it go.
Feeling yourself relaxed.
Feeling yourself here in the moment.
Not getting caught up in any concepts or ideas.
Just being here.
Moving the attention up to the sacral chakra below the belly button.
Let's start with inviting all of our chakra energy home.
Any sacral chakra energy,
All sacral chakra energy,
Is returning home.
It is returning to the center of my light column.
You can use the color orange in the center of your light column just below your belly button area.
Inviting all of your soul sacral chakra to return to the chakra.
Returning to the center of your light column.
Feeling all of your sacral chakra energy returning to you.
Staying here,
Breathing,
Feeling the energy of the sacral chakra.
Just setting the intention that is safe.
I'm ready to be whole.
All of my sacral chakra energy is returning.
And then really sending it some light.
Really being open to it becoming vibrant.
Any fear here,
Any resistance,
Just dissolve it.
I let go of the fear.
I let go of the resistance.
Sacral chakra energy coming home,
Becoming vibrant.
I'm ready to be whole.
I'm ready to be whole.
Staying with the sacral chakra and setting the intention that the chakra is nice and wide.
Feeling it open,
Open,
Wider than before.
Feeling open and ready for the world.
Beautiful,
Open,
Responsive,
Communicating sacral chakra.

Letting it all go.
Feeling yourself relaxed.
Bring the shoulders back down if they've gotten a little tight.
Exhaling,
Letting it all go.
Moving up to the solar plexus chakra.
Just below the rib cage,
Middle of the body.
Working here,
If you want to work with the color yellow.
Any energy,
All energy,
All the energies of my solar plexus chakra are returning home.
All the energies of my solar plexus chakra are being recovered.
Feeling all the energy return.
Becoming whole,
Alive,
Powerful in the solar plexus chakra.
Feeling it in the center of your mic home,
Inviting all of your energies home.
Thank you.
Staying soft,
Staying kind,
Staying responsive to your solar plexus chakra.
Staying relaxed.
Start inviting the chakra to widen.
Inviting the solar plexus chakra to become relaxed.
It doesn't have to hold so much tension.
Become wider and wider and wider.
Feeling it open and responsive.
Feeling the vibration come up.
Feeling the light come up.
Feeling the strong,
Cold solar plexus chakra.
Keep working with it.
Keep inviting more yellow light in.
All right.
Letting it all go.
Just becoming soft.
Feeling it soft and relaxed.
Noticing how the tension is draining from your system.
When the chakras are vibrant,
We don't have to work so hard.
We don't have to hold so much tension and worry.
We just give all of our life's work to the shaman.
Moving up,
Up,
Up the light column.
Bring the heart to the center of the chest.
Not the anatomical heart,
The energetic heart.
We're in the middle of the chest.
Starting to bring in the green light.
All of my heart energy is returning to me.
All of my heart chakra energy is coming home.
All of my soul heart chakra green vibrant light energy that I need.
Do my beautiful soul work.
It's returning to me now.
Feeling your heart energy getting stronger.
No pushing,
No pulling.
Just staying here with the very welcoming invitation of the return of your soul's heart chakra energy.

Now starting to invite the heart chakra to open.
Feeling it wide,
Wider than your body coming out on either side of your body.
Feeling the hum of vibration.
Feeling the green light.
Inviting the chakra to go wider.
Inviting the heart chakra to go wider than it's ever gone before.
Staying here.

Now letting that all go.
Feeling yourself relaxed.
Noticing how your shoulder blades feel.
Noticing how your back feels.
Just letting everything release.
Taking a few breaths here.
Moving on up to the center of the throat chakra.
Alright,
Let's really invite the throat chakra to come into center.
Setting the intention that your throat chakra is coming into the center of your throat.
Just invite it over.
Come on throat chakra.
Move on over.
Coming into the center of my light column.
Now all my soul energy,
All my fragmented soul throat energy is returning to my throat chakra.
Working with the color blue if you wish.
All my throat chakra energy is returning.
Keep working with that here.
Alright,
Let's really invite the throat chakra to come into center.
Come on throat chakra.
Move on over.

Now starting to invite the throat chakra to open.
Just inviting it to go wide.
Inviting it to be full of light and vibrant and beautiful.
Feeling safe,
Creating a safe environment for the chakra to feel wide and vibrant.

Taking a sigh,
Stretching if you need to stretch,
Doing what you need to do to take care of yourself.
Moving the intention up to the brow chakra,
Inviting the brow chakra to come on over,
Come on over,
To the center of the light chakra,
To the third eye,
To the middle of the forehead.
Feeling the chakra coming into the middle and now setting the intention that all of your soul energy is returning,
Returning,
Returning to the brow chakra.
All my brow chakra soul energy is returning.
Having all your brow chakra energy coming back to you,
Working with the color purple.
That would be appropriate for you.
And now starting to invite the brow chakra to widen,
Widen,
Becoming full of energy,
Becoming brighter and brighter and brighter.
Feeling open through the head,
Feeling open in the brow chakra,
Feeling open and available.
Staying here inviting the brow chakra to open,
Open,
Open wider and wider.
And now moving the intention up to the brow chakra,
Inviting the brow chakra to come on over,
To the middle of the forehead,
To the middle of the forehead.
And now moving the intention up to the brow chakra,
Inviting the brow chakra to open,
Open,
Open wider and wider.
And now moving the intention up to the middle of the forehead,
To the middle of the forehead.

All of my divine soul energy,

It is safe,

All of my crown chakra energy is returning.
Staying in that space above your head,
Working with like a silver,
Gold,
Shiny,
Translucent energy color and letting it just get wider and wider.
Feeling the crown chakra energy returning.
Feeling it wide and strong and abundant.
Up above your head,
Feeling there might be energy spinning.
You might be getting kind of spacey here,
Just staying with it.
Opening,
Opening the crown chakra.
Touching the crown chakra.
Touching the crown chakra.
Now letting it all go.
Feeling yourself relaxed,
Feeling yourself open,
Just feeling your light column and kind of feeling how all your chakras are flowing and moving.
Staying here with your breath,
Just scanning your chakras and just really integrating,
Really getting a sense for what this feels like.
Nothing at all Right now.
You you you you you oh right returning your attention to your breath inhaling and exhaling Starting to come back,
Wiggling the fingers,
Wiggling the toes,
Breathing deeply,
Bringing yourself all the way back.
