This meditation is all about being open and allowing a blue light source to offer pure, divine healing.

So today we're going to do a blue light meditation.

And when we say we're going to do a blue light meditation,

The word do is deceiving,

Because we're not going to do any doing.

A better way to say this,

What we're going to do in this meditation is that we are going to allow,

We are going to become an environment to allow.

So really the intention here is like an effortlessness.

We don't need to effort anything,

We're not going to do anything,

We're not going to make anything happen.

Instead we're going to come into a complete level of effortlessness.

And we're just going to allow the support,

We're going to allow the support of benevolent and beneficial and kind and supportive blue light to be welcomed into our system.

We are going to create an environment.

If you want to think of an intention,

You're essentially going to create an environment that is welcoming and available for the blue light to come in as a healing support to your system.

Are we going to understand fully what the blue light is?

No.

Are we going to know exactly what happened to us or what occurred?

No,

We're not.

We are going to have an experience,

A healing experience of blue light,

And that is what's going to occur today.

Very simple.

So we need to begin with getting our physiological body,

Our bones and our muscles and our structure that carries us prepared and ready to be an environment for the blue light to come in and support and heal.

So coming into a comfortable position,

If you know that you're not going to fall asleep,

I would recommend lying down.

Lying down with like a bolster or a pillow under your knees might be lovely or some support under your head.

If you know that lying down you're going to fall asleep,

Then maybe you want to be in a comfortable chair.

You can also be on the floor on a yoga mat,

But I don't think just like sitting up on a meditation pillow would be fantastic for this meditation.

I'd like to see your back supported,

Your body supported because we want to get quite relaxed.

We want to stay aware and we want to pay attention,

But we want to be relaxed.

So we're in our comfortable positions and the first thing we notice is the stress on the shoulders.

There is stress on the shoulders.

That's what we notice,

Isn't it?

Taking a deep breath,

Starting with the right shoulder,

Intentionally releasing any stress,

Setting the intention that all darkness and stress is clearing from your system.

So you're at your right shoulder,

Setting the intention that any darkness and stress clearing from your system,

Feeling your right shoulder coming down.

You're creating an atmosphere for healing.

Getting over to the left shoulder,

Noticing how much higher,

How much tighter it is than the right now.

Setting the intention for the left shoulder to drop down.

The left shoulder coming down.

Any stress or strain releasing with grace and ease from the left shoulder.

Bringing the intention across your heart center,

Across your whole chest.

For this healing,

We want a nice open and available heart.

Feeling your whole chest wide,

Feeling your throat open and clear,

Feeling your shoulders down and settled and wide across the chest.

Starting to move the attention to the breath.

You can always put your hands on your stomach,

You can put your hands on your chest.

You can feel the feeling.

Releasing the stress of the day,

The stress from the week,

The stress from your life.

This is how we create an atmosphere of healing.

Letting the belly start to release,

Feeling the belly calm and open.

It might even feel bigger.

Your pants might feel a little tight and just release the belly.

Noticing how tight the hips are and just letting them go.

This is not a time of holding ourselves up.

There's no holding yourself up here.

This is a time of letting yourself go.

Letting yourself be available.

Coming back to the breath.

I want you to start feeling these inhalations from toe to head and from head to toe.

Feeling here on your own and really seeing yourself like an empty vessel.

An empty vessel using the silence to encourage you into being an empty vessel where the breath is coming all the way from the earth,

Filling the body,

Filling the head.

The breath is coming all the way from the sky,

Filling the head,

Filling the body.

You're an empty vessel with the breath coming up and the breath coming down.

Staying here with the breath,

Breathing through the silence,

Feeling the breath moving through a completely empty vessel.

Letting yourself be available.

Letting yourself be available.

Letting yourself be available.

Letting yourself be available.

Alright,

Checking in,

We're preparing the atmosphere.

We're preparing the system for the healing we're going to do.

How are you doing with feeling empty?

We're creating room for the healing light to come in.

Doing a little body scan.

Noticing anywhere that you feel congested.

Noticing anywhere that you don't feel empty.

And then just breathing into it.

Don't try to force anything out or move anything.

Just bring the breath through and let it empty you out.

So doing a little body scan,

Checking all the different parts of your body,

Noticing where you don't feel empty,

And just sending the breath there.

Working with this on your own.
