Hello,
This is Ruben from Burn on Space coaching in meditation.
Welcome to this gentle,
Narrative practice.
First,
Let's get you settled in.
Take a comfortable seat or lay down.
You can now close your eyes lightly.
First,
We take a deep breath in together.
And out through the mouth.
When you feel that you are completely relaxed,
Put both your hands on your chest,
The heart area where a phantom connection is born between yourself,
Your soul,
Your mind,
Your body,
And everything around you.
Bono,
One of the biggest rockstars of the world,
Has once admitted that he has incredible stage fright.
And that this is the reason why he wears his trademark colored glasses.
It's to mask his true self on stage,
Simply because he feels too vulnerable.
It's a mask.
It's a shelter.
He was once asked in an interview how he managed to perform in stadiums for crowds of 50,
000 people.
And he said,
I'm singing for one person on the front row.
When the others respond,
I know they can hear me too.
But my focus is on that one person.
I'm sending all my musical energy to one heart.
The other people simply amplify my love for that person.
They're singing the song for me.
Let's take another breath together.
Deep breath in through the nose.
Hold it for a short moment.
Feel your lungs wanting to release.
And breathe out.
In this practice,
In our path to enlightenment,
The hero's journey,
There's more often no one than 50,
000 people.
Yet we are just as nervous to perform.
We feel completely transparent and vulnerable,
Showing our feelings,
Displaying our fears.
When I was a young aspiring photographer,
I just had one wish.
I just wanted to create one exhibition,
Seen by whoever came by.
Well,
I succeeded in that.
And the 15 years that followed,
I became a professional photographer.
And I've won 20 awards in over six countries worldwide.
In becoming a teacher here on Inside Timer,
I had the intention to just make one meditation for one listener.
If that person would leave a message of appreciation,
My job would be done.
I would be fulfilled.
I've reached that goal within 24 hours after my first meditation was published.
I have a long list of topics to meditate on and share with you and the rest of the community here on Inside Timer.
But I love the idea of talking to one individual.
It gives me a feeling of true,
Raw connection,
Intimacy,
Authenticity,
Added value.
Right now,
You are that beautiful person.
We are alone here.
Just us.
Breathing naturally.
Eyes closed.
Body calm.
Mind open.
Heart beating.
Soul receiving the energy of the source.
The holy grail in ourselves.
Take one last breath in and out.
In through the nose.
And out through the lips of your mouth.
You can now return to your natural breathing.
I want to express my immense gratitude to you.
The male,
The female,
Or both,
Or none.
The CEO,
Or the monk.
The beggar,
Or the billionaire.
The child,
Or great-great-great-grandparent hearing this.
I hope this meditation inspires you to share whatever it is you have to give.
Because I know you have incredible value to give to the world.
Learning is about quality,
Not quantity.
Reaching millions of people is awesome,
But reaching one person whose life you can help to let blossom is even better.
We are all one.
We are all part of the same root,
The same earth,
The same galaxy,
The same universe.
No one of us gets out alive.
So let's not compete,
But let's connect.
Let's minimalize our mutual pains to maximalize our mutual power.
You can slowly open your eyes now.
Put your poems together in gratitude for a moment.
And thank yourself for taking this moment in time where you chose to be my audience and to relax in the backstage of your consciousness.
Thank you so much for being on my front row today.
If you'd like,
You can show yourself through a review so I know who I have been singing to.
I want to wish you an incredible day,
And I love you from the endless depths of my heart.
Namaste.
