Gently swaying with the water.
Feeling supported by the water.
Just surrender to this beautiful clear blue ocean of peace.
Feeling the peace in your whole body and in your mind.
Experience the stillness,
The space,
The peace,
The silence.
Breathing in and out through your nose.
Breathing in and out through your nose.
Now looking up at the sky,
A vast blue sky stretching endlessly from horizon to horizon.
Feel the immensity of the sky.
Look at the deep blue color of the sky and the soft clouds floating past.
Experience the stillness,
The space,
The peace,
The silence.
Now allow the vast blue ocean of peace and the vast blue sky to merge within you,
Forming a shimmering brilliant light that is filling your body.
This is a healing and soothing light that is bringing you deep peace.
Floating in this totality and wholeness of peace,
Feel the stillness,

Allow yourself to surrender and be healed.
And then prepare yourself to slowly come back from this meditation.
