Go ahead and get settled.

Do wherever you are.

Relax your body.

Let the cares of the day fall away from you.

Just allow yourself to slow your breathing.

In through the nose.

Out through the nose.

Letting your body soften.

Unreleasing the thoughts of the day.

You don't need to worry about what already happened or what's going to happen.

You don't need to think about your to-do list.

All you need to do right now is allow yourself to be here in this moment.

Breathing.

Softening.

Relaxing.

Allow yourself to just be here now.

I want you to imagine that there is a white light above the crown of your head.

And as that white light lowers above the crown of your head,

This iridescent white bubble starts to form around you.

Covering your head,

Your neck,

Your chest.

You can feel the warmth of the light enveloping you as this bubble moves across you.

Holding you.

Caring for you.

And you know that this white light and this bubble is healing light.

It is healing energy and it is love.

Pure love.

Covering your entire body.

You're safe.

You're cared for.

And you are whole.

And now with the bubble encompassing your entire body in this safe space for your session,

I want you to imagine that another white light is coming from the soles of your feet.

Going down into the floor of your home or wherever you're at.

Down through the floor,

Through the surface of the earth and down into the core of the earth and feel the strength of this grounding.

Feel the security of it,

Again knowing that you are held in so much love and so much peace.

All you have to do today is breathe.

Free yourself from the cares of the day.

You're right where you need to be.
