This technique has been used for thousands of years to heal relationships.
It can be used once a day and should take no more than about five minutes.
Use the technique without expectations or judgements.
Its effects can be profound.
First of all,
Close your eyes and get yourself in a loving space.
Remember a time when you felt loved.
Remember what that felt like.
In your mind's eye,
Picture that feeling as if it is a pink loving light radiating out from your heart and surrounding you.
Now bring to mind a loving image of yourself.
Bring that picture in front of the pink light bubble surrounding you.
Imagine yourself covering the image with pink light.
When the image is completely covered,
You let it go.
Next,
Bring in a loving image of each member of your immediate family.
Your mother,
Your father,
Siblings,
Children.
Even if the person has passed away,
Just one at a time,
Cover each person in a ball of pink light.
Then let them go and move on to the next person.
Bring in an image of someone who you have an emotional charge with or some discomfort.
Cover them with pink loving light and let them go.
If you find it hard,
Just picture them in front of you or standing far,
Far away from you,
Even facing away.
But cover them in the pink light,
Then let them go.
Allow anyone else at all to appear.
Cover them with pink loving light and let them go.
Finally,
Return to the loving image of yourself.
Cover that image of yourself in pink light,
Then let it go and open your eyes.
When you're doing this exercise,
Cover anyone who appears in the pink light.
Once they're done,
Assume they're done for the day and don't need to be done again.
Just once a day.
This may seem too simple to make any difference,
But if it did make a difference,
If it healed your relationships,
If it perhaps healed the world,
Wouldn't you take a few minutes to do this each day?
Just do it.
