River Of Love...Choosing This Power Of Transcendence

At the end of this guided recording, you will be resting in the bliss of love, oneness.

Use this recording to let go and transmute something bothering you and to fill that void with love. You will emanate more love and peace. You will transcend!

This is a meditation to help you let go through conscious choice and bring it into the void created by this letting go,

Love,

Divine love.

It is so much better to replace those parts in us with love versus holding on to things that are just holding us back.

Use this meditation to consistently let go and to replace it with love so you can create a better life.

So now finding a comfortable position,

Open up your beingness and begin to relax.

Welcome in divinity,

Your divinity and all divinity for this healing.

As you open to allowing divinity to be present,

It is important to trust and relax.

To help relax,

Let's tense the muscles in all of your body,

Tensing and holding that tension of all your muscles for a count of three.

Tense one,

Two,

Three.

Now let go and relax.

And let's do it again.

Tense all the muscles in your body for a count of three.

One,

Two,

Three.

And relax.

And taking a deep breath in.

Slowly let it out.

And relax.

Relax.

Relax.

As we call in the light,

Open to what becomes in your awareness.

Sense and be with the divine beings that want to be present with you for this process.

Open and allow.

Calling divinity to be now present with us.

Father,

Mother God,

Beings of light and love,

Angels and masters that wish to participate in this healing may be present for the highest good of all.

Allowing and relaxing,

Knowing divine beings are with you.

Feel their presence before you now and rest in their loving presence.

As you sit here with them,

Ask them,

What is the one thing you are ready to release from your life?

From your consciousness that is limiting or affecting your life in a way that isn't supporting you anymore.

Go ahead and ask them,

What is the one thing you are ready to release from your life?

What is the one thing you are ready to release from your life?

In this stillness,

Allow an answer to come to you now.

What are you ready to release from your life?

As you get an answer,

Consciously ask yourself,

Am I really ready to let go of this?

If so,

That's great.

And if you're not ready to let go,

Then what are you consciously willing to let go?

Know now what you want to release.

What are you consciously ready to let go?

You notice present is a river of love.

It is right below your feet.

It is always present and sometimes we don't realize it.

This river of love is unconditional love.

It is healing and freeing.

It can release what you hold on to.

It can release the judgments of ourselves and others.

It seems that what we want and fear the most is love.

We all want love,

But sometimes we fear it.

Love can be that obliterating.

It is that powerful.

And because of that,

Sometimes we have trouble opening up and being vulnerable enough to allow love in to be present in our lives.

Now in this safe place,

Know we can drop those barriers.

And a lot of times we need help to overcome our fears.

We need support.

So I ask that a great divine being that you trust to be present with you now to support you.

Can you get a sense of this divine presence?

This divine being knows that you are very powerful even though you may not realize it.

This divine being wants to support you in using your power,

Your wisdom in this process.

The divine being wants you to go to the secret chamber in your heart.

To a place where you know who you are.

So go there now.

Go to the secret chamber in your heart and feel yourself in this secret chamber.

It is very bright and you start to notice a great power which is your true essence.

And as you stand in this brilliant light power,

It intensifies more and more.

And even more now.

It is so very powerful.

And you notice in this intense power that love is present as well.

Except this love is gentle and flowing,

Serene and light.

And in this gentle,

Serene,

Flowing love,

You notice an even greater power in it.

Even though it is gentle and flowing,

Serene and light,

It seems unconditionally even more powerful.

And as you experience this,

You get a sense of an all-knowing,

Vast,

Deep sense of wisdom that is present as well.

Wisdom that knows exactly what to do without you having to do a thing.

In this secret chamber where power,

Love and wisdom resides,

You realize that they can expand and that they do not have to hide in this chamber.

And without you having to do a thing,

Except to allow this power,

This love,

This wisdom to expand out from your heart.

So allowing this to happen,

Feel and see power,

Love and wisdom starting to expand into every cell of your body.

Every organ,

Every muscle,

Invigorating and awakening your body structures all the way to the core and even in your DNA.

Feel how alive your body feels and sense how your cells,

Cell receptors are standing at attention ready to transform and shift as directed by this power of love and wisdom,

Which is your true essence.

Continue to allow this expansion to happen and observe and experience it.

Perhaps as this is happening,

You see a shield or barrier that you may have constructed to protect yourself and you notice how this expanding part of you is working on penetrating it.

And as this is happening,

You see the divine being who is present with you start to work on the outside of the shield.

As this is happening,

You have a very important realization that you have a choice.

We were given this great gift,

The power to make a choice.

And knowing this,

You now have a choice to make.

Are you willing to allow this shield to drop away or to be dissolved?

It is your choice and whatever choice you make is perfect.

You hold the power.

Realize here and now and always you have incredible divine support with you.

This is a safe place to let go.

And now as you look down below your feet,

You see the river of love that always flows,

That is always with you.

And soon you will be immersed in this river of love.

So if it feels right,

You can make the choice now in the presence of divinity,

In the presence of divine support to allow the shield to be dissolved,

To drop away.

So if you choose,

Say now,

I choose for this shield,

This barrier to be removed now.

It is done.

So be it.

It is done.

Take time to feel how open and free you are and sense your anticipation of more healing to come from the river of love.

A couple of your angels or beings of light who are present with you,

Take a hold of you under each arm and lift you slightly as they prepare to dip you into the river of love.

As they lift you,

Feel yourself floating and letting go even more now.

You are in their control as you glide as they lower you closer and closer to the river of love.

As you approach it,

You start to anticipate this great love that awaits you.

You are getting closer and closer and you are now able to dip one of your big toes in this river and so you do and you quickly pull it out.

You immediately get the sense that you know this place.

You know this place.

A place that is free,

Fun,

Full of joy and love.

You realize that this river,

This river of love can heal anything.

You also realize that you can allow the river of love to give you whatever it wants to give you.

You are that open.

You are that vulnerable to receive whatever love wants you to have and you make the choice now to allow that to happen.

Your angels lower you more and you begin to get immersed into the river and you feel the flow of love running through your feet.

As you are lowered more now,

You feel the current moving up and through your calves,

Your knees,

Your thighs,

Your hips and you notice that the bottom half of your body feels as if it has dissolved into this love.

As if you were one with it.

As you continue to be lowered,

You sense your body dissolving into its true essence as it moves up your stomach,

Your chest,

Your shoulders and you pause and you look at your angels and you thank them for taking you this far and you say to them,

I hold a great power and it is the power to make a choice and I choose right now to live in the river of love.

You can let me go because this is something I want to do.

I choose to live in my true essence and as they release you with their loving guidance,

You become immersed in the river of love and you dissolve in it and as you dissolve,

You begin to expand in the oneness of all that is.

Feel yourself expanding and resting in this vast oneness,

This that you are.

Expand in this oneness,

This love.

Knowing now your true essence,

Bring forward this awareness to the present and steep in deep gratitude for the healing you received as you take a deep breath in and slowly let it out.

Staying in the essence of who you are.

Take another deep breath in and this time sigh it out.

Send another deep breath in and sigh it out and rubbing your hands together,

You may open your eyes when you are ready.

Head forward in life today and always living your true essence of love.
