This is a potent meditation for manifestation and visualization. It helps you face your resistance and fears with love, and to expand into what is more possible! You can only manifest what you no longer resist, fear, or dis-believe to be possible. This was taken from my recent course "Manifestation and Life Creation". PS - This is a meditation that I learned from a recent seminar with Fred Dodson

This is a scaling meditation,

It's called.

And it's a way to dream big and also release limiting beliefs and resistance and fears that can hold you back from your manifestation.

Because like we said,

Often what we're afraid of and what we fear and the negative beliefs we carry actually counter our ability to manifest our heart's deepest desires.

So by facing that,

Which we're going to go into the negative and positive,

By facing the negative,

You allow yourself to let it go.

It's one of the best ways.

It's just by observing,

Witnessing and being present with discomfort,

Dis-ease,

Negative beliefs,

Negative thoughts,

Sensations,

By just being present with it,

Not trying to change it,

It actually is the best way to clear them.

So you may find as you manifest something that negative beliefs arise to the surface.

And you don't even need to always do anything about it as much as just observe it and kind of realize like,

That's not true,

Like that's not real.

And just recognize it and just see it as a cloud.

And then it's like your subconscious mind is actually trying to let it go by bringing it into conscious awareness where then it can dissolve.

But if you see it and you suddenly resist it and try to push it away and be like,

I shouldn't be thinking that.

Why do I always think like that?

And all this negative,

It actually just creates more of it.

So by just allowing your negative beliefs to arise to the surface and just kind of chuckle at them like,

Oh,

That's a silly thought.

I wonder where that came from.

That's certainly not my soul thinking that.

That must be a conditioning.

Is that my mom,

My dad?

Is that from school?

Is that from TV?

Is that from my past partner?

You know,

Like where did that come from?

Because it's certainly not me.

It's certainly not from my soul.

It's certainly not from the creator.

Because the creator wants us to be loving and beautiful.

So it must be from some conditioning.

And so by facing it,

We dissolve it.

And it's a skill.

So this meditation,

You can do with any manifestation you want.

And it can be an external manifestation or an internal manifestation,

Meaning it could be a state of being,

Such as like openheartedness and living with joy.

Or it could be literally like manifesting a new house or manifesting a dream partner or a new job,

Whatever.

So it's up to you.

Also,

This meditation,

I learned it in a seminar I went to,

A manifestation seminar with a man named Fred Dodson.

So he's kind of the source that is the original seed of this meditation.

Just want to acknowledge him as a teacher on the path.

So choose your manifestation now.

And close your eyes.

And this manifestation is like a goal that has not yet been created.

And we're going to be moving from a scale between 1 and 10.

1 is like the worst possible reality you could ever imagine.

And 10 is the best possible reality you could ever imagine.

1 would be like you're dying.

10 would be like maybe hard to even imagine.

It feels so far from what your reality has been.

And we're going to start at 5,

Which is wherever you're at right now presently in relationship to this manifestation.

So if you want to manifest a new house or a better living situation,

5 is whatever your current living situation is.

If you want to manifest more openheartedness,

5 is wherever your heart is at this point in your life.

So whatever it is,

Just be in the 5 now.

And feel whatever this 5 is.

And imagine it.

See your life as it is in relationship to this desire.

Maybe it's already pretty good.

Maybe it's pretty unsatisfying.

Whatever it is,

Just imagine it.

And just be present with it.

Now we're going to move down to a 4.

So really go into this.

Just imagine everything regarding this has gotten a little bit worse.

Life suddenly got a bit harder.

If you want to manifest more money,

Maybe suddenly you have an unexpected expense,

Or you lost your job,

Or maybe not losing your job,

But just slightly worse.

Really feel that.

And just for fun,

Really be in it.

Imagine it.

What does it feel like?

What does it look like?

Can you allow yourself to feel any fear?

Can you feel any fear or any resistance to this?

Now go down to a 3.

So bring it down another level.

Things are getting even worse.

You know,

This is where you might lose your job.

Your partner breaks up with you.

You get evicted.

Whatever it is.

You know,

It's like,

Oh,

Okay,

I'm in trouble now.

And just feel it.

Can you feel any fear,

Any resistance?

And can you just be with that fear and be with that resistance and presence?

I'm just going to stay here for a few more moments and really allow yourself to be in the discomfort.

Wonderful.

So taking a deep breath and come back up to a 4.

So remembering that 4.

4.

Suddenly the 4 maybe doesn't look so bad.

Still not the best.

But we can probably handle a 4.

At least it's not a 3.

Just allow yourself to accept the 4.

Not so bad.

And now bring yourself back to a 5.

5.

And feel the 5 as the present moment reality.

Just really be in that present.

And allow yourself to feel.

.

.

Grateful.

Knowing that life could be a lot worse.

That life's maybe not so bad.

Now bring yourself up to a 6.

So imagine your life is getting better in this regard.

Everything's getting a little bit better.

Feel any sense of expansion.

Opening.

Maybe some excitement.

What more is possible?

And now come up to a 7.

So everything is getting.

.

.

Like now it's getting really good.

Like a 7 is.

.

.

It's,

I mean,

It's like quite good.

Maybe a new partner,

New living situation,

New job.

A new door is opening in your life.

Step through it.

Embrace it.

How does that feel?

How does a 7 feel?

What happens inside of yourself.

.

.

While you're in this 7?

And now bring your energy up to an 8.

So an 8 is like.

.

.

It's pushing the 8 out of you.

It's pushing the edge of what maybe you thought was possible.

An 8 is almost a little bit unbelievable.

It's quite significantly different than your current reality.

And stretch yourself into an 8.

What does an 8 feel like?

What do you notice happening inside of yourself.

.

.

In this energy of 8?

Come back down to a 7.

Whatever your 7 was.

Lower your energy to a 7.

And notice how much more believable a 7 is.

How possible a 7 is.

And bring yourself back to 6.

Remembering whatever 6 was for you.

Going back to a 5,

The present reality.

We're going to do this again now.

A little bit quicker.

And just for fun,

We're going to go down into a 4.

So remembering your 4 and going down into a 4.

Being present with it.

Witnessing.

Observing.

Knowing it's possible.

And then move down to a 3.

Remembering the 3.

Things are.

.

.

Things are not going your way,

However.

.

.

Bring that sense of presence and expansion to the 3.

Bring awareness to the 3.

Acceptance.

How does it feel to be in a 3?

Can you handle a 3?

How does it feel to be in a 3?

Can you be at peace with a 3?

Now.

.

.

Just for fun,

We're going to go to a 2.

This is like.

.

.

Things are falling apart.

Your family is maybe turning their back on you.

Maybe.

.

.

You're in jail.

Something horrible is happening.

Could you handle a 2?

Really put yourself in it.

Allow yourself to be in it.

Just for a moment.

Could you know that God is with you in a 2?

What would you do if you were in a 2?

Do you know yourself to get out of it?

Notice how when you're really present.

.

.

Resistance and fear.

.

.

Isn't so strong.

So coming back to a 3 now.

So letting go of the 2,

Come back to a 3.

Just for a moment.

Then back to a 4.

Raising up like an elevator.

Into 4.

Now into 5.

Just passing quickly through those lower energies.

Into 5,

Into the present moment.

Being present.

Now come back to a 6.

Everything's gotten better.

What does a 6 feel like?

Can you be at peace with a 6?

Can you be joyful and fulfilled in a 6?

Now coming up to your 7.

Bringing that joy and presence to a 7.

Really put yourself in the 7.

Life is changing for the better.

A new dawn,

A new day.

New possibilities.

How did that 7 feel?

Be in the dream of the 7.

This beautiful reality that is actually quite close.

Very possible.

Probable.

Now bring yourself to the 8.

Expanding beyond.

Pushing the edges.

What more is possible?

Now move into a 9.

This is a whole new life.

A 9 is like very different in the best ways possible.

Feel yourself in the 9.

New possibilities,

New opportunities.

Notice any resistance to it.

This could never happen.

Life isn't this good.

Notice any doubts.

What more is possible?

Now come back down to an 8.

Come back to a 7.

I'm just kind of skipping through the 8 into the 7 and be in the 7 now.

Really feel this 7.

Imagine it.

Notice how 7 suddenly seems very very possible relative to a 9.

7 seems pretty easy actually.

Allow the energy of the 7 to fill you.

Filling your body and your mind.

Can you feel the vibe,

The energy,

The essence of the 7 all around you?

The space around you.

Can you feel the energy of the 7 within your heart?

Within your head.

Allow the 7 to become part of you.

To know it's possible.

To know that this and so much more is available to you.

And when you're ready,

Opening your eyes.

Coming back.

Forgetting it all,

Letting it go.

Releasing it.

And that completes our meditation.

This meditation helped me review and release some limiting beliefs from my past about worry. Carrying worry like rocks in my pockets. I moved beautifully into letting them go and meeting worries with bouquets of flowers instead of rocks. πŸŒŸπŸ’—

This is a super helpful exercise and meditation. Coming out of it, I find myself full of so much more gratitude for where I'm at, more hope that I'll arrive to where I want to get to (maybe even beyond my wildest dreams πŸ™‚) and more courage to face the fears and frustrations of what I think is holding me back. .
