This is music for Pranayama breath meditation, the ratio count is 6:3:12:3. Inhale, counting to 6 then hold your breath counting to 3. Exhale counting to 12 and hold your breath, counting to 3 before inhaling again. The harp signals when to change. This track can help you find alignment and serve as a reminder to breathe deep, stay grounded and de-stress. This track is suitable for starting your morning or before going to bed. Note: This is a similar meditation to Richard's earlier pranayama track but, is in a lower register.
