Crystal Meditation: Labradorite

Guided Reiki Crystal Meditation using visualization and envisioning to assist in inner Divine connection and transformation. Infuses you with the power and properties of Labradorite, use with or without accompanying crystal.

Transcript

If you have the accompanying crystal,

Please follow the prompts.

Today,

We will be working with labradorite.

You don't need the crystal to gain the benefits of the meditation.

It is only meant to enhance the experience and connect you with your crystal.

Hold the crystal in both of your hands,

In your lap,

Near your root if you are seated,

Or in your non-dominant hand if you choose to do this meditation laying down.

Find a comfortable position,

Settle in,

And close your eyes slowly.

Begin by bringing your attention to the breath,

Observing how it is today at this moment.

Notice any tension you may be holding or that has built up over the day.

As you continue to breathe,

Notice your breath slowing and becoming deeper and elongated with rhythm.

No straining is needed.

It is incredibly relaxing for your body to breathe this way.

You start to connect to the part of your body that has held that tension,

And as you breathe into each area,

They start to loosen and relax.

Continue to breathe this way gently and slowly.

When you feel ready and relaxed,

Start to envision a cave.

You are inside and viewing its interior.

It is rather large and expansive.

The lighting is dim,

But you can still see what is directly in front of you,

As well as slight imagery of the walls and structured formations.

It is incredibly open.

When you let out noise,

Humming,

Moaning,

Any type of release of your breath,

You hear it echo as if the cave is endless.

You cannot see much,

But the darkness itself brings you comfort and peace.

You know you are safe here.

You hear a gentle dripping of water,

Echoing rhythmically,

Sweetness to your ears.

Your eyes scan the darkness,

Seeing large,

Beautiful stalactites and stalagmites towering from the ceiling and emerging from the ground,

Each in fantastical colors of purple,

Blue-green hues,

Some of them tipped in a golden yellow.

They shimmer through the darkness,

Almost like beacons.

Every scan of your eyes,

You see a different,

Beautiful picture of this cave,

As picturesque and awesome as if it were a curated movie set,

Scrutinized down to each detail.

But the space is completely naturally made,

Just like you.

You are comfortable here.

You feel at home.

This is a special place where only you have access to.

It is yours.

You may come here any time you need to process,

Reconnect,

Settle,

Or give yourself space.

Turning your head to follow the sounds of water,

You find a steady stream of glowing water,

Somewhat of a miniature waterfall coming out of an opening space between two purple stalactite beams.

You take a moment to sit down to recharge by the space.

The waterfall flows into a small pool of water.

Though the water is flowing endlessly and with steady strength,

There are no ripples in this water.

It is still,

Clear,

And undisturbed by the movement.

Gazing into it,

You can bring any question and receive the answer in a clear vision from the water.

You can also gaze into it and see your clear reflection beaming back at you,

Filling you with clarity of who you are.

This reflection removes any type of pressure you've been placed upon by yourself or the projections of others that have been placed upon you.

Feeling a deep relief to just be yourself and to especially be able to find such comfort in your own company.

While observing the peaceful reflection or vision,

You look down into your hands and feel a grounding palm stone,

Shimmering in the same way of the cave walls and formations.

It glimmers in the low light and reflects off the water.

You turn it in your hands,

Each view looking like a completely different stone.

It rests comfortably in your palms as you gaze back up into the small,

Watery pool.

You return your gaze to the walls of the cave,

Which have now become clearer with the deep hues of dark purples,

Turquoise blues,

Rich greens with flashes of yellow.

Feeling refilled,

Answers settled into your body,

And an overall feeling of steadiness deeply embedded in your system,

You slowly return to stand on each of your feet.

You turn to face the opening of the cave.

The entrance is quite a bit away still,

But you see in the opening a bright green light filling the whole entrance of the cave.

You are drawn to this light.

It gives you a sense of connection within yourself,

An inner knowing and trust.

A protection that is similar to the walls of this cave.

You take a step closer to see if you can get a better view of the source of light,

And as you do,

The walls of the cave begin to shift in colors,

Slowly dancing and lighting up.

You feel a beautiful surge of this light go through the stone you are holding,

Passing through your palms,

Into your wrists,

Shoulders,

Shooting out of the crown of your head,

But also down through your chest,

Stomach,

Root,

Legs,

Into each sole of your feet.

A rhythmic pulse that connects you to the strong energy of the cave,

And also building vibrationally with the light you are steadily walking towards.

As you walk,

The entrance of the cave becomes clearer into view,

And the green light grows and grows,

Surging through you.

You feel the grounding of the stone and cave walls surrounding you as you get nearer and nearer with each step,

One foot in front of the other until you are at the lip of the cave opening,

Enveloped in this soul-filling green energy,

As if you were dancing with the northern lights.

You cannot see the next step in front of you,

But you know it is safe to step forward anyway.

As you do,

You feel your foot connected to solid ground.

The light gently clears away.

You are now standing in an open clearing,

Feeling a beautiful gentle breeze,

Hearing birds sing,

The sun shining,

Even a similar steady stream of a river gently running and splashing in the distance.

You turn around now to see the cave.

It is no longer there.

You still feel its safe color-filled walls and beautiful structures that surround you with peace,

Steadiness,

And clarity of reconnection earlier.

And now you are free to roam about,

Interact with people,

And enjoy your present moment with that same energy.

You know that you can return to this cave anytime you wish,

And that it will be just as magical and revitalizing,

If not more,

Each time you find yourself within its walls.

It is yours to inhabit and to visit as you wish.

As you are ready,

Begin to return movement to your fingertips.

Circle your wrists,

Wiggle your toes,

Rotate your ankles,

Nod your head,

And slowly open your eyes.

Welcome back.

Know that it is a highly mystical and protective stone,

A bringer of light.

It deflects unwanted energies from the aura and prevents energy leakage.

It forms a barrier to negative energies.

It is a stone of transformation,

Stimulates intuition,

Enhances synchronicity,

And facilitates in deep understanding.

It banishes fears and insecurities and the psychic debris from previous disappointments,

Including those experienced in past lives.

It strengthens faith in self and trust in the universe.

It removes other people's projections,

Including patterned thoughts,

Calming an overactive mind,

And energizing the imagination.
