Details

Both/And Way Retreats create space and instruction for you to pause and reconnect with yourself. The space allows you to recognize what is arising within yourself around your patterns and ways of being (too angry, too hungry, too worried, too people-pleasing, too discontent, etc.) that are causing you pain. You are guided to investigate what is arising with gentleness and compassion. You will understand your struggles on a deeper level. You will learn to respond with love and acceptance. You re-enter into the world with more peace. You look at yourself and others with more curiosity and less defensiveness. You will have connected with a like-minded community to continue connecting with on your journey. You will have the ability to pause and respond instead of reacting from old programming and triggers. All of this enhances your relationship with yourself, those around you, and the world. By utilizing Internal Family Systems (IFS), a powerful and transformative way to investigate moments of overwhelm and anxiety, we focus on exploring all of your Parts with kindness, curiosity and compassion. You will leave the retreat better equipped to handle any situation. Our wellness retreats are located in stunning natural settings, and our programs provide the tools and resources you need to connect with yourself and your surroundings. From mindfulness and nature therapy to art and music, our retreats enrich your life and help you achieve greater well-being. We foster a nurturing atmosphere, where you can get in touch with your emotions and express yourself through laughter, tears, and art. All meals made on-site. Access to indoor pool, sauna, hot tub as well as a hot tub at the house to use all weekend. Quiet hours observed from 10pm - 9:30am each evening to insure integration and rest. All retreats run from 6pm on Thursday to noon on Sunday.
