Find your comfortable seated position and gently close your eyes.
Send your gaze between the eyebrows.
Sit up tall with a straight spine and place your hands in your lap with the palms facing up.
Let's connect with our breath by taking a deep inhale through the nose and let it go and exhale through the mouth from deep within the belly.
Again take a deep inhale and exhale.
As you bring your awareness to your breath,
Let it flow naturally without control.
As the belly rises and falls,
Notice the sensation of the breath as it flows in and out.
Let go of any tension in the body.
Relax the shoulders.
Relax the belly.
And just be here now.
Introduce the mantra and repeat it silently to yourself.
I release all fear and judgment.
I surrender to the power of the universe and open my heart to love and light.
I release all fear and judgment.
I surrender to the power of the universe and open my heart to love and light.
I release all fear and judgment.
I surrender to the power of the universe and open my heart to love and light.
As you continue your practice,
Your mind may wander.
Just recognize the thoughts without any judgment and bring your awareness back to your breath and the mantra as we go deeper into stillness.
I surrender to the power of the universe and open my heart to love and light.
I surrender to the power of the universe and open my heart to love and light.
I surrender to the power of the universe and open my heart to love and light.
I surrender to the power of the universe and open my heart to love and light.
I surrender to the power of the universe and open my heart to love and light.
I surrender to the power of the universe and open my heart to love and light.
Release the mantra.
Take a moment to quiet the mind.
Let go of the breath.
Let go of the mantra.
Go deep within to find some space between your thoughts.
For just a moment,
Be here now.
Freedom.

As you bring yourself back into the room,
Consider this feeling you have in this moment.
Take it with you to spread peace throughout your day.
Namaste.
