Welcome.

Let's settle in.

Take a deep breath in through your nose and allow your voice to fall out of your body.

This is a guided meditation.

There's no instruction in this one,

So you're just able to follow along.

Settle in.

Take another deep breath in through your nose.

And just follow my rhythm of breathing in and humming out.

Allow your voice to settle wherever it likes.

Deep breath in.

And just follow along and allow your breath to go in through your nose and humming out however feels natural to you.

And notice how your voice wants to adjust in time.

According to how you feel and how relaxed you are,

Your voice will drop lower and lower.

Feel free to breathe and hum for as long as you like.

And take the rest of your day in this way.
