Sue offers Mindfulness Based Living Courses, T’ai-Chi Ch’uan, and Chinese Medical Qigong through courses and retreats for the general public and in schools, prisons, workplaces in South East Wales and on Holy Isle, Scotland.

The technique of letting the question ripple like a pebble and see what emerges was profound for me. Normally I start devising an answer as soon as a question is posed. I paused the recording between questions to allow more time. Thank you

This sweet, gentle meditation is helping me get some much needed rest. I’ve been listening to it each night for a few weeks.
