This meditation exercise for letting go can help us to unburden our present personality of everything that it is occupied with: attachments to thoughts, feelings, experiences, emotions, concerns, worries. Focusing on breathing in and breathing out we move into our heart: repeating the word 'love', we tune in to Universal, Unconditional Love. We wish ourselves and everyone else inner peace and tranquillity, right thinking, correct discernment, and Wisdom.

Sit comfortably and relax.

Be calm.

Let go of everything which your present personality is occupied with.

Let go of your worries,

Your concerns,

Your thoughts,

Your emotions.

Whatever was troubling you,

Let go and relax.

Begin by repeating the word love.

Repeat it inwardly in your heart.

Love,

Love,

Love.

In a rhythm most comfortable for you.

Repeat within the word love.

Gradually you enter into a state of inner peace and serenity.

By saying love you tune in to his love,

Divine love,

Unconditional love.

Agape.

You now reach a point where your present personality is no longer occupied by anything.

This point is a state of serenity and you see yourself as completely all white,

Full of bright light,

Engulfed by rays of light.

Within each cell of your material existence you feel the limitation of your form.

Make deep breath but very comfortably.

Most importantly comfortable inspirations.

With each inspiration you become brighter and brighter.

With each expiration you let go of any kind of impurity which stained your whiteness.

Make deep breath but very comfortably.

You become brighter and brighter.

You fill up with this all white radiant light.

You're breathing through every pore of your body.

Feel the breath through every pore of your body.

You breathe with each pore through each pore of your body.

And you now reach a point whereby you sense and you feel that you breathe through every pore and every cell and every molecule of your body.

Now energize this breath which involves and reaches every cell and every molecule of your body,

Every particle of your body.

Each cell has its own breath and you can feel it.

You are becoming continuously brighter.

You fill up with this all white radiant light.

Feel also that.

And now breathe with the thought that is merely think that you are breathing.

And as you think so you are breathing this all white radiant light even more powerfully through each cell and each particle of your body.

You are becoming continuously brighter and brighter.

Wish good health to your present personality.

Wish good health to your thinking,

Your feeling and your body.

And give thanks,

Thanks to the dynamic principle in creation.

The Holy Spirit that builds and sustains your body.

Wish good health to your bodies.

To your present personality wish calmness and tranquility.

The correct use of the divine gift of right thinking.

Good correct judgment.

Right discernment.

And wisdom.
