Welcome to your heart centered guided meditation by Rebel Soul.
Let's begin.
Start by allowing your body to find a comfortable seated position and bring your awareness to your breath.
Focusing in on the inhalation as the air flows in through your nose,
Feeling the sensation,
The coolness of the air as it flows in through your nose.
Continue to breathe in and out through your nose.
Now bring your awareness to the soles of your feet.
Focusing on the soles of your feet,
Feel the sensations as you tune in to this part of your body,
The part of your body that supports you on a daily basis as you move throughout your life.
Breathe in through your nose and out through your nose,
Feeling the sensations.
Continue to breathe in,
Feeling the security of being supported.
Continue to breathe in and release through your nose as you feel safe in this moment.
Breathe in through your nose and release through your nose as you feel comforted,
Knowing that you are safe in this moment.
Breathe in through your nose and release through your nose.
You are completely safe and supported in this very moment,
In the present moment.
Breathe in and release through your nose.
Now move your awareness to the center of your chest.
Feel the rise and the fall of your chest as you breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.
This is your heart center.
This is your inner home.
Continue to breathe in and release through your nose.
Now take your left hand and place it over your chest and your right hand and place it over your left.
Continue to breathe in and feel the rise and the fall of your chest.
Now focus on the sensation of your hand touching your chest.
Continue to breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.
Feeling the rise and the fall of your chest.
And now as you continue to breathe in,
Imagine like a flower blooming in the spring that your chest begins to open layer by layer,
Giving you access to your heart center.
Breathe in through your nose and on the exhalation allow your awareness to gently flow in to your heart center.
Continue to breathe in through your nose and on the exhalation allow yourself to flow a little bit deeper into the heart.
Continue to breathe in and on the exhalation allow yourself to go a little bit deeper.
Notice sense and feel what's happening within you.
Continue to breathe in and on the exhalation I want you to go down a little deeper finding a comfortable depth for you.
Allow your inner knowing to let you know when you've reached it.
Continue to breathe in gently and release through your nose gently.
And I want you to rest here for a moment and notice how you feel.
Just sense or see if anything catches your attention.
Continue to breathe in gently through your nose and release through your nose.
Feel the expansiveness.
Feel the silence.
Feel the safety of your heart center.
You are safe in this moment.
Continue to breathe in and release through your nose.
Now I call forth your heart energy.
Feel see your sense of warm pink shimmering light begin to build in the center of your chest.
And as you breathe in and release through your nose imagine that this warm pink shimmering light begins to expand filling your entire chest your entire heart center with warmth comfort compassion.
Continue to breathe in and release through your nose and as you continue to breathe in and release through your nose this heart energy begins to expand throughout your entire body moving down into your abdomen feeling the warmth rush into your abdomen down into your arms.
Down into your legs up your spine up your back down into your feet clearing and cleansing anything that can and that is willing to be cleared and cleansed in this moment bringing you into the present moment feel this energy moving through your entire body continue to breathe.
Feel yourself being supported.
Feel the compassion the peace the love and I ask that your heart energy fills you with whatever you need in this moment continue to breathe in through your nose and release through your mouth.
Breathing in through your nose and releasing with an audible through your mouth continue to breathe in and releasing with an audible as this energy flows through you continue to breathe in and one more time releasing with an audible.
Now return to breathing in through your nose and out through your nose as this heart energy begins to move back towards the center of your chest moving up your legs up your arms back into your abdomen finding its way back into the center of your chest moving down into your heart center notice how you feel in this moment continue to breathe in through your nose and out through your nose.
And when you feel ready begin to allow your awareness to float back up towards the surface of your chest breathing in through your nose and releasing through your nose blowing up bringing your awareness back to the sensation of your hand touching your chest as your heart center closes know that this is always available to you continue to breathe in and out through your nose resting in this moment.
Now move your awareness back down to the soles of your feet feeling yourself being rejuvenated and grounded and centered continue to breathe in through your nose and out through your nose feel yourself renewed and recharged.
Now bring your hands to prayer and I want you to gently begin to rub them together rubbing them together and release them placing your palms over your eyes and your nose and I want you to take three deep cleansing breaths one more breath now place your hands by your side and rest in the stillness notice how you feel in this very moment take a moment to give yourself thanks and gratitude for being willing to be here.
