When your body feels overwhelmed or on edge, returning to calm can begin with a single breath. This 15-minute nervous system reset is designed to help you gently shift out of stress and back into a state of balance and safety. Through slow breathing, grounding awareness, and calming visualization, you’ll support your body in releasing tension, regulating your nervous system, and reconnecting with a sense of steadiness. This meditation is especially helpful when you are feeling anxious or overstimulated, mentally overwhelmed, physically tense or restless, or disconnected from your body. Allow this to be a space where you don’t have to push, fix, or figure anything out. Just breathe, soften, and let your body remember how to return to balance. Come back to this practice whenever you need a reset.
