Like the colors of cotton candy swirling in the soft evening air.

Puffy clouds float by,
Taking a moment to soak this all in.
The fresh air,
The vivid colors,
That sense of peace.
Allow yourself to truly be here,

Grounded in this safe and beautiful place.
And off in the distance,
A stream runs peacefully through this field,
Its waters crystal clear and inviting.
Walk toward the stream,
Feeling the earth beneath you with every step.
And when you reach the water,
Kneel down and gently dip your fingers into the cool,
Healing water.
Let this water wash over you,
Cleansing away any lingering energy,

Feeling the water flowing through you,

In the distance,
You see something magnificent.

Ancient tree.
Its trunk is so wide,
You can't even imagine wrapping your arms around it.
Walk closer to it.
This tree is a gateway to your journey.
A cosmic elevator that you can use to travel between worlds.
This tree will help carry you to the upper world.
Stand before it.
You might feel its immense energy calling you.
Step forward and place your hand on the tree's bark.
Feel the power of the tree emanating through you,
As if you're connecting directly to the roots of the earth.
Step into the tree now.
And as you do,
Notice the vibrant energy coursing through its trunk.
Feel this light entering the core of your being.
Notice how the tree begins to draw you upward.
You feel the energy of the earth pulling upward,
Carrying you with it.
With every breath,
The tree lifts you up higher.
Rising up now.
Up through the trunk,
Up through the branches of the tree,
Through the leaves.
They pull you up higher,
Through the tree,
Higher and higher into the sky.
Feel the wind increase as you ascend.
And as you approach the top,
See yourself standing there.
At the very top of the tree now.
Looking down at the world beneath you.

Stand tall in the highest branches.
Looking into the vast sky before you.
It's time to call on your guide.
The jaguar.
Call to the luminous jaguar now.
Feel the energy of this powerful being approaching you.
As the jaguar appears,
Its body shimmering with light,
Feel its presence,
Its power,
Its wisdom.
Step onto the back of the jaguar now,
Climbing aboard.
And allow it to carry you higher into the sky.
Feel the ground falling away beneath you as the jaguar charges upwards,
Rising into the cosmos.
