This meditation will help calm the mind and relax the body so it falls asleep quickly. You can also use it to program your dream consciousness. Yawning is an integral part of this meditation. We store over a third of our daily tension in our facial muscles. Yawning releases these tensions while simultaneously reducing stress in the whole body. Children love this meditation for falling asleep quickly.

This meditation is about deep sleep.

Be aware that the moment before you fall asleep is a very precious moment.

It's a moment where you can program your unconscious for the next eight hours.

Whatever you want to achieve,

Just visualize how it would look like if it would be realized by now.

Imagine whatever you want to achieve as realized while you fall asleep.

It's the easiest way to program your unconscious mind.

So ask for healing,

Ask for insight,

Ask for wisdom and guidance or whatever you might need right now.

And program yourself to remember your dreams.

Use this very powerful method to achieve in an easy way,

Without any effort,

Whatever you want to achieve.

If you have difficulties to fall asleep,

There's a natural path,

A natural strategy which you can use.

It's yawning.

Whenever you yawn,

You naturally reduce the tension,

The physical tension in your body.

Yawning is very helpful.

So in the beginning,

Do as if you would have to yawn.

And then you will discover that the natural impulse comes spontaneously after some time.

You can use yawning if you want to fall asleep.

You can also use it in the middle of the night if you wake up.

It's a built-in mechanism of our brain to relax your body.

So start yawning.

Do as if you would have to yawn.

And do it at least seven to eight times.

Whenever you yawn,

The brain will change its state and relax.

And when the brain changes its state automatically,

The tension in the body is released.

The next thing to do is to ask gravity for help.

Gravity is a natural force which pulls you down,

Down into the earth.

The more you allow gravity to unfold,

The easier it will be for you to sink deep into the earth,

To let yourself sink into a deep sleep.

Ask your body,

How would you feel if I would let go of all physical tensions?

The best way to communicate with your body is by questions.

Ask your body,

How would it feel like if I would allow gravity to completely pull me down into the earth?

To allow me to sink into a deep,

Relaxing and regenerating sleep.

How would it feel to completely let go of all physical tension and move naturally into a deep sleep?
