Susan Hamilton

Susan has over 20 years yoga experience and has been a senior teacher since 2016. Classes are alignment-based, where classic postures are held and worked from within, bringing you in touch with your core center. Each posture is designed to bring alignment of the skeletal structure while strengthening and lengthening the muscles. These postures allow the breath to flow freely within the body, healing and energizing ourselves. This is yoga you can feel.
