This slow, nurturing yin yoga practice is an invitation to soften - to stop striving, stop fixing, and simply be with yourself, exactly as you are. Through long-held, supported postures, we'll gently release tension from the hips and heart space - the places where so many of us store self-criticism, old emotion, and the pressure to be more than we already are. As the body opens, the nervous system settles, making space for something most of us rarely offer ourselves: genuine self-compassion. This practice is especially supportive if you're highly sensitive, prone to self-doubt, or find it easier to care for everyone else than for yourself. No experience needed. Move slowly, breathe deeply, and let this be an hour that belongs entirely to you. You'll need: a quiet space, and any props you like (cushions, blocks, or a bolster).
