Hello and welcome to this meditation.
Today we will be calling in and manifesting confidence throughout our day.
My name is Rachel and I'll be your guide throughout today.
This practice allows you to embody confident,
Empowered version of yourself that exists within.
We'll be using foundational manifestation tools such as visualization,
Meditation,
Gratitude and embodiment.
So begin by finding a comfortable seated position and when you're ready just gently begin to close your eyes.
Begin to notice your breath just as your breath is right now.
Allowing the rise and fall of your breathing to come naturally as an ocean tide moves naturally.
Just allow your breath to come and go like the tide.
And while keeping a focus on your breath just bring into awareness your third eye center and awareness in the place between your brows.
And just begin to visualize yourself sitting down at your favorite cinema.
Perhaps it's one that you know.
Perhaps it's a familiar one from a film.
Perhaps you're just sitting at your sofa at home.
And just begin to reach for your remote and you just press play.
As though you were watching a film.
On the screen you're seeing the most confident version of yourself.
The one that moves through the world.
Speaking their truth,
Standing tall and trusting their voice.
Notice how they walk,
How their head is held high,
Their shoulders are back but relaxed and they're certain in every step.
Notice how they speak in conversations.
They speak clearly,
Without apologizing.
They take up space and they say what they mean.
Trusting themselves,
Shining their light.
And now notice how they might handle a hard moment,
A difficult conversation with a colleague,
A meeting or perhaps a tricky encounter with somebody who makes them feel uncomfortable.
They don't collapse.
They don't doubt themselves.
They stay rooted and clear and calm.
Maybe they need to make a decision.
There's no second guessing.
There's no external validation.
Noticing their energy.
It's calm,
It's steady and shakable.
This isn't arrogance.
It's deep self-trust.
Knowing that they are empowered through their empathy.
And holding this version of yourself in your mind's eye,
Dropping into embodying this vision.
We're no longer watching.
You are now this version of yourself.
You feel how they feel.
You move how they move.
You speak how they speak.
Maybe your spine lengthens as you sit up a little taller in your chair,
Strong,
Supported and confident.
Perhaps your shoulders roll back and your chest expands,
Taking up space and allowing the oxygen,
New life force energy to radiate through your body.
Drop into your shoulders and just relaxing.
Not hunched over or carrying what is no longer yours.
Just carrying your own truth.
This feeling is confidence.
And it's not loud,
It's not performative.
It is embodied self-trust and belief.
Let this feeling continue to radiate every part of your body.
Breathing deeper,
Allowing that confidence to root deeper into you.
And this confidence is not new.
This confidence is part of you that has always lived within you.
Now moving from this place of embodied confidence,
Drop into a state of appreciation,
Of gratitude.
Thanking this version of yourself as they are already you.
Thanking yourself for trusting your voice today,
For speaking without apology.
Thank yourself for taking up space.
Thank yourself for rooting when challenged.
Thank yourself for giving yourself unshakable certainty.
And just feel this gratitude and appreciation for yourself move throughout your body.
And this deep knowing is yours.
You haven't become this person.
You already were this person.
And now just stating three times out loud into the universe,
I call in this confidence.
I call in this confidence.
I call in this confidence.
And releasing the attachment,
Knowing that you've planted this seed,
Allowing the natural flow just to take you there.
Your only job is to carry this feeling.
Remembering what confidence feels like in your body and the rest will follow.
And begin to deepen your breath and gently start to make micro movements with your fingers and toes.
Bringing one hand to your heart space.
Just in one last appreciation for you showing up today to do this meditation practice.
Slowly flutter your eyelids open and open your eyes.
Thank you for practicing.
This is the third practice in the Empowered Morning Series for Sensitive Souls.
