4-minute guided meditation for the people of Ukraine. The intention of this meditation is for all of us to radiate our loving light in the direction of peace for Ukraine. How we direct our intentions and energy during this time of war matters.

Welcome to this short and guided meditation for the people of Ukraine.

Begin by making yourself as comfortable as possible,

Either in a seated or laid position.

Your hands might rest comfortably in your lap or face up on your legs.

If you are laying down,

The arms may rest down to the sides,

Palms facing up,

Settling into the space that you are in.

When you feel comfortable,

Gently let your eyes drift closed.

Now moving your attention to your breath,

Begin to breathe a bit deeper now,

Calming your body.

Breathe in to a count of three.

One,

Two,

Three.

Breathe out to a count down of three.

Three,

Two,

One.

We'll do this two more times.

Inhaling one,

Two,

Three.

Exhaling three,

Two,

One.

Inhaling one,

Two,

Three.

Exhaling three,

Two,

One.

Now begin to imagine your body filling with radiant gold and light.

Think of someone that you love dearly.

Let this feeling of love and this golden light begin to fill your body.

Sit with this loving energy for a moment,

Feeling this loving energy and light throughout your whole being.

Bring the intention now to send out this loving energy and light to the people of Ukraine.

Begin to visualize it soothing and empowering them.

Visualize peace,

Freedom,

And democracy prevailing as you shower them with your loving light.

Now send this loving light to all beings everywhere.

Saturate the world in this loving light.

Begin to bring back your slow,

Deep breaths.

Inhaling to a count of three.

One,

Two,

Three.

Exhaling to a count down of three.

Three,

Two,

One.

Inhale one,

Two,

Three.

Exhale three,

Two,

One.

Beginning to gently shift your attention back to the weight of your body and the space that you are in.

And when you feel ready,

Softly blinking your eyes open,

Knowing that you can cultivate and send this loving energy out to all beings anytime,

Anywhere you choose.

May peace be with you.
