Settle into a comfortable spot and let the sound of the ocean cleanse you as you focus on your breathing.
Feel your entire body resting more and more.
Witness how your body feels.
Whatever sensations or thoughts arise.
And let the waves of energy wash over each part of your body as you continue to listen to the ocean.
Bring your attention to the top of your head,
Your scalp,
Your face,
The back of your head.
Feel your entire head as the energy washes through wave after wave,
Helping you to feel more clear and refreshed.
Noticing your neck,
Your torso,
Your arms,
Your legs.
Feel the ocean air healing you and notice the air on your face,
Your hands,
And whatever other skin is exposed to the air.
Breathe deeply and slowly and find yourself becoming more and more aware of yourself,
Including different parts of your body.
Right foot,
Left foot,
Right lower leg,
Left lower leg.
Right knee,
Left knee,
Right thigh,
Left thigh,
Right hip,
Left hip,
Both hips together.
Lower back,
Middle back,
Upper back,

Be aware of your connection to the ocean as you continue to notice your breathing.
Let the wind and the waves release whatever needs to be released from your system,
From your entire being.
Be aware of the ocean in your body,
Noticing the ebb and flow.
Notice the sounds of the ocean.
Now become aware of sounds that are in the space you are in and notice the fabric on your skin,
Whether it's the clothes you're wearing or a blanket that's covering you.
Become more aware of that fabric as it's touching your skin.
And if it feels right to you,
Turn on to one side of your body or perhaps you would prefer to gently stretch.
And when you're ready,
Flutter your eyes open.
