Welcome to a meditation with self-care affirmations.
Take a deep breath and notice how you feel,
Whatever thoughts,
Emotions,
And sensations.
Just observe and notice your breathing as you take some slow,
Long,
Deep breaths.
Notice your inhale.
Notice your exhale.
Notice the sensations in your body and find a spot inside of you that feels peaceful or luminous and stay with that spot as it expands.
Invite more deep breaths into that peaceful,
Luminous space.
And here are some affirmations for you to say and repeat to yourself,

Notice your breath and how you feel and whatever sensations arise within your body,
Just observe and listen to yourself and your soul's inner response as you hear these two questions.
Where are you following rules that are not in your best interest?
What could you do to be more caring for yourself?
What is your soul asking for?
Notice the sounds around you as you take another long,
Slow,
Deep breath and honor yourself for all the wisdom that you have within you.
Take a deep breath,
Stretch,
Feel yourself move in whatever direction you need to and whenever you are ready,
Go and enjoy your day and find ways to experiment and play and treat yourself with deep kindness.
You are the most important,
The most special being within your life and it is time for you to honor yourself.
