Welcome to the Journal Prompt Dive for your Dreams.

I'm Rachel Boucher and we are going to do some journal writing today and include a poem to help you feel inspired.

So to get started,

Make sure you have a journal available,

Whether it's one that you're writing by hand or typing,

And get yourself comfortable in your writing spot.

Feel free to pause this recording if you need before you start each prompt or if you want to continue to keep writing for each prompt.

Remember that journaling is a personal and creative practice,

So feel free to experiment.

So notice how you're sitting and notice your breath and become aware of the sensations in your body and where you feel love or passion.

Focus on that spot or spots and breathe into it.

Just notice the sensations.

And listen to this poem by E.

E.

Cummings called Dive for Dreams.

Dive for dreams or a slogan may topple you.

Trees are their roots and wind is wind.

Trust your heart if the seas catch fire and live by love though the stars walk backward.

Just continue to notice the sensations in your body and be aware of love and passion and dreams in your body.

Now when you're ready,

You're going to write as your first prompt,

What are you dreaming about?

And then about 30 seconds to continue writing unless you want to click pause to go longer.

And here is the second journal prompt.

What feelings do you want to experience with this dream,

This desire?

About 30 seconds left unless you want to pause the recording.

What is one word that encapsulates the dream state you are in right now?

And if you wish,

You can draw a little picture to go with this.

And then the final prompt.

What is one small step you can take today connected to this dream?

And about 30 seconds left unless you want to pause the recording.

Now close your eyes and think of your word that resonates with your dream and wrap that in the feeling that encapsulates your desire.

Dive into the positive feelings that connect with your dream.

May you continue to feel connected to your dreams and may your actions align with your desires.

Best wishes.
